I appreciate that the florist website clearly instructed clients to call and check on inventory before placing the order, as some substitutions were required due to seasonal availability. They answered the phone promptly and were generous in spending time understanding the purpose of the arrangement and how to design something with sensitivity and care. The florist was very thoughtful and texted me updates and a picture of the final arrangement, which was beautiful. She added a bit more width and density of flowers to compensate for the flower substitutions. Very grateful for the professionalism and care every step of the way. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
