About the Shop

Owners Greg and Kristy Clanton with Wimberley Flower Shop have created a unique floral environment, part retail flower shop and part creative design studio. They have assembled an incredibly talented floral design staff to achieve new creative levels for every occasion and event. Aside from offering fresh floral arrangements, their studio provides lush plants, White Oak Candles, gourmet chocolates and gift baskets, balloons and greeting cards!

Substitution Policy

Flowers are a product of nature and may vary from season to season, plant to plant, flower to flower. All items on our website are always subject to availability and prior sale, and may not always be exactly as shown.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and to prevent delays in processing your order. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items and containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.

Substitution Policy

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
