All of our arrangements are custom made to order. We grow many of the flowers we use in our arrangements organically on the property. The flowers used are dependant on what we have available seasonally.

I’m not familiar with florists in the area, but I decided to use Willow Oak due to many positive reviews. I ordered flowers on a Sunday evening and they were delivered by early Monday afternoon. The online ordering process was simple and quick. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful! I would definitely recommend this business!

While the flowers were not "summer" flowers for obvious reasons...this is May, not July...the flowers that were chosen were a beautiful assortment of all types and all had vibrant colors just as the picture shows. It was a very full bouquet and I feel the cost was reasonable. As requested when I ordered, the delivery driver did contact me to confirm the delivery which I appreciated. I would definitely order from Willow Oak Flowers again

I am certainly sorry to say that this was not one of your best efforts. The arrangement seemed not as bright and cheerful as I had expected. The recipient of the arrangement said that some of the flowers were already dying. My mistake was that I chose not to give a specific delivery time. After all, you are only around the corner from the delivery address. I called you as it was getting late to make sure the delivery was being made. I was told you were short handed which caused the delay but the delivery will be made. The arrangement seemed a bit thrown together to me.

Best service from a florist I’ve ever seen. They couldn’t deliver because I put in an old address. They called the recipient to get the new address and she was out of town for a week. They are going to sell the arrangement and prepare a new/fresh one next week and will deliver when the recipient returns.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
