Blown away by their talent!!!!! I contacted this florist to send a sympathy bouquet to my lifelong best friend - I live in Virginia and had to pick a random florist from Google. I gave them a budget and allowed them to create any bouquet they wanted, giving them some parameters to work with such as colors, style, and flowers she dislikes. When I received a video and pics of these flowers, my jaw dropped - My best friend said it was by far the most gorgeous bouquet she has ever received. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion - absolutely stunning. Floral deliveries long distance always seem to be hit or miss (mostly misses in our opinion - you seem to never get what you pay for and it rarely looks like the picture) but I truly was beyond grateful for the time, love, and talent they put into these flowers. The arrangement was NOTHING like I requested. I am extremely disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. I requested pastel colors, pink, purple, white etc. Traditional look. They were orange, peach and burgundy. The flowers didn't flow together or look like they belonged together. Not what I wanted at all. Which we tried to follow your special instructions as close as possible. Arrangement we created had roses, dahlias, hydrangeas, stock, pastels. Arrangement was medium size arrangement. All the flowers you requested are premium flowers which cost more. We appreciate your feedback.

Overall I was pleased with the bouquet. It was ordered last minute and delivered quickly. The flowers smelled good, and the larger roses and the purple flowers did well throughout the life of the bouquet. The smaller roses, however wilted within a few days and had to be removed. That is a frustration of mine to pay over $100 and receive flowers that wilt shortly after received.

The florist choice arrangement was lovely it just did not seem worth $50. There were two roses, otherwise carnations which are incredibly inexpensive. In the future I would choose a specific arrangement because they are the same price with nicer/higher quality flowers.

than the one that was delivered. I liked the the design on the web sit and that yellow orchid and paid extra for additional orchids. I saw that they added more orchid but different kind and also not much of the design.

I mistakenly put the wrong address on an order. I was contacted by Willow Garden about the mixup the following day. They went back to the house to see if the flowers were still there, and offered to deliver a smaller arrangement, even though it was 100% my fault.

I had a great experience with Willow Garden Floral. The only slight turn-off was when I talked with someone on the phone to confirm my order and update my address. I spent almost $100 on flowers and at the end of the call I thanked her, and she said "no problem" and ended the call. It would be nice to hear something more like "my pleasure, and thank YOU!" Just a small thing but it goes a long way.
