I ordered this arrangement five days before I wanted it delivered. It was going to be a difficult day for the recipients, and I wanted to cheer them up. It was not delivered until 6:00pm. So much for cheering them up all day. I ordered the deluxe version of Hummingbird of Happiness. It did not have as many flowers as the standard picture shown. The flowers were not fresh, the roses were already opened, and the daisies looked like they would be starting to wilt in a day or so. Thoroughly disappointed, especially in such a late delivery.

Was disappointed it arrived so late in the day, ordered the day before hoping for an early morning delivery.
Thought arrangement looked overcrowded for the low-profile container it was in.

The bouquet delivered was nothing like what was pictured that I picked out. I wanted a soft bouquet and went with what was pictured on the website but she was delivered loud flowers that did not look sympathy related. . Very disappointed -if the bouquet delivered could not have been similar to what was in the picture -then I feel like I should’ve got a phone call so I could converse with them what exactly I was looking for.

Well I was very much pleased. I called about my order and the lady was very nice and pleasant to me. Gave me all the info I needed. I live in Utah and this was being delivered in North Carolina. So it’s nice to know they have a few nice people there. Once my lady got her flowers she sent me a picture of them and to my surprise the flowers were better looking and more beautiful then the picture showed. I was so excited to see they went all the way and above to make my order so awesome. Another good thing is their prices are reasonable. I definitely will be using them again!! Thank you guys so much!!

My wife never even received the $117 roses I sent on valentines day. And they didn't return my money! Absolutely stealing.

Super disappointed in the "custom" arrangement I ordered. It was far from custom and looked NOTHING like what I requested. I paid $250.00 (+ tax/delivery) for a run-of-the-mill [small] bouquet. I reached out via telephone and email prior to the online order and after. NO response. Requested a partial refund at the very least. I don't expect free, but I do expect my money's worth. I was super embarrassed that this [average] arrangement had my name attached to it. And so should you. My next step is contacting my CC company.

I paid $84.95 for 2 dozen roses. What was received was one dozen. Very disappointed!!
