We sell to both the trade and general public. The store has five components: 1.An enormous walk-in cooler stocked with fresh-cut flowers and greens sold by the bunch. We also have a separate tropical cooler stocked with cut orchids, tropical flowers and greens. Finally, we have a retail display cooler with dazzling arrangements for cash and carry or delivery. If you do not immediately see the entrance to the coolers, please ask one of our helpful team members. We sell potted orchids, mini specialty orchids, house plants and pre-made dish gardens. 2. An award-winning full-service design department that provides fee-based services for flower presentation wraps. This is where clients may either choose their own bunches or request assistance. The design team can also create beautiful arrangements for special occasions, funerals, event work and weddings to order. You’ll be amazed by our selection of exquisite custom silk arrangements and stylized planters. If you prefer, we will custom design silks to your specifications or refreshed your own favorites that need care. 5. Our internet sales department accepts on-line orders for shipping throughout the US and Canada. We are confident you will be delighted with your visit. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
