Flower arrangement came out beautifully exact to image. The site stated this purchase was qualified for complimentary banner with engraved message and to input in the florist instructions field. However, it did not come with the banner and just a small envelope.

I am not sure how we missed that on the banner as the order did clearly state Banner to read: With this being a sympathy piece, please accept my sincere apologies and a $150 credit on your order. I can imagine how you must have felt when the piece arrived without the banner. Brian from my team will take care of the credit tomorrow morning when we open.

First off, I was late to order. These flowers require 5 days minimum and I was so busy with work and life things I forgot to order. I placed my order on Sunday, called on Monday & they accommodated me! How relieving! Then! I was supposed to pick it up and again my timeline got messed up so I called, texted to arrange delivery & they accommodated me again! Thank you so much Watanabe and your great customer service. I too work in the customer service field and this experience had blown me away! Amazing

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
