I had an exceptional experience starting from the moment I picked up the phone to call. I spoke to Cecilia who was wonderful, thorough and walked me through the steps to order. She answered all my questions and concerns and did a fantastic job with my floral arrangement. She made it just like the picture; same flowers and same vase. She did need to substitute one of the flowers but she told me which one and sent me a picture so I was aware of the substitution. I had a long message I requested to be added to the card and she was able to fit the whole message in beautifully. Lastly, the store closes at 6pm and the day I scheduled to pick it up I was out late from work and she was kind to have someone stay at the store 15 minutes after hours while I made it.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
