The website had so many lovely arrangements that it was awhile before I selected this one. I saw a photo of what was delivered and it was almost identical which was a wonderful surprise. The Florist at VIP Flowers did exactly what I was hoping for, a beautiful Mother’s Day for a dear friend. I highly recommend BloomNation for all occasions at a reasonable price.

I had paid for a lily and rose combo, but they had replaced the lilies with some other kind of flower. Also they added the valentine's day writing on the rose without notice. At least my wife liked them so I can't complain too much. After contacting the florist, I had not realized this was an upgrade. As I don't know the different varieties of flowers I was unaware. Thank you again for my purchase.

The individual never got the flowers. I was told that the deliverer was stop by security because of a private function. Ok I understand that. But to just give the flowers to the security guard and hope that the security guard would just deliver the flowers is inexcusable. I understand it was Valentines day and very busy. But I should of got a phone call if there were any issues. That's why I ask for a text with a picture of her holding the flowers. This only takes 5 seconds to take a picture and another 5 seconds to text the customer with the picture. I was told that this was just a courtesy to customers, but this is the main reason why I use VIP floral designs. Because of this courtesy. I text one of the workers I know at VIP floral designs and told her that recipient never got the flowers and I asked if the driver knew the description of the security guard so I can ask around. I never got a text back. So bottom line, I am out close to 300 dollars and I still have not got a response back from the worker at VIP floral designs. I have sent all my friends to VIP floral designs and have used them exclusively in Vegas since I discovered them. Now probably not anymore. If I would of got a phone call that would of made a world of difference. We could of delivered on another day or delivered somewhere else. It ruined the moment totally for me and her.

Over the past two years I have ordered two dozen red roses on four separate occasions, for the second time the flowers wilted in a matter of days, this time I brought the matter up with VIP Florists and was advised by them that I apparently should have recut the flowers when we received them which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard they also suggested that we didn’t water them and we did indeed top up the water each day, this is just a feeble excuse to not look after their customers they did offer a 15% discount on my next order which was more of an insult than anything, I did decline there offer as I won’t be buying from VIP in the future there are many other florist in the Las Vegas area to deal with I really don’t need the aggravation associated with dealing with a business not interested in customer service . Hi Jim, we want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience with our shop. We received an email after 6 days of the delivery, that the roses are starting to died one by one. I sent you back an email to let you know about our policy and also to offer you 15%OFF REFUND and ANOTHER DOZEN of roses to pickup. I also explained you that after 3 days you have to change the water as well, even if you are in a room hotel and not home (there are fresh flowers!). We did not received any email or call back from you ever to know exactly what really cause this problem, because again, our roses are the best quality and if it was a problem we need to see and fix if forever so this will not happened again. I'm really sorry to see this review about VIP FLORAL DESIGNS and YOU very unhappy with our roses. We may not be able to change the past but if you give us a chance, we will completely make it up to you. We hope to resolve this to your benefit and earn you back as a customer.

The flowers were not as large as expected, especially for the amount I paid. They were droopy and dying within ONE day. Nice to receive the flowers on time, but overall a disappointment.

Awesome service! Ordered pretty much last minute day before mothers day and a beautiful
bouquet was delivered within hours on same-day.
I had asked to have both my moms and sisters delivered at same time, not realizing the website used different flower shops for each. But at least she called to verify why she only saw one order. Also, I made an error on the address and they called to verify while driver was out rather than just saying it was wrong like other shops would've done. They are attentive and really care about providing great service. Gave me peace of mind here in TX knowing the gift would be received and I appreciate it.

Hi,
I was told by my wife's secretary that one of the roses was dead and broken when the bouquet arrived on Valentine's Day. By the time I saw them the following day, 2/15, most of them looked wilted. I was disappointed. I sent a similar bouquet for our anniversary (11/5) and they were great, but it looked like these had been around for a while.

Hi Hector, thank you for your review. In two week, we were never informed about this situation so we can fix it and send her the ballon again, if by mistake was missed. Valentine's Day is the most busiest day and we usually hire new drivers just for that day to make sure all our customers they receive flowers in time. I really apologize, but I will love to fix this problem. Please give as a call, there is alway a solution ;-)

I live miles away from the person I was sending flowers to for his Birthday and I trust a florist to make the arrangement the same way it is advertised on their website. I also expect them to send me a picture of the arrangement before it leaves their store. The owner was very nice and made sure I got my moneys worth and I appreciate that... I will use them again.

I loved my flowers! I was very impressed with how everything went smoothly being I was in NY when I placed the order for delivery in Las Vegas. The arrangement looked just like the picture online.
