When I have ordered flowers on your website beforehand it indicates that you can pay extra for a specific time for the flowers to be delivered. My recent order, I was anticipating the same thing but it was not indicated so had to write in the description to please deliver before 11am. It was 2pm and the flowers still were not delivered. I called and they explained that during holidays, they do not provide specific delivery times. No where on their website was this indicated and I ordered them to be delivered on May 6th which is not a holiday? Needless to say, they were not apologetic and continued to rationalize, justify and deflect. Poor customer service and will not be ordering from them again. If they would have apologized and tried to make it right, this would be a different review.

Ordering was super easy! They offered same day delivery which was great. I called to double check that the order I placed online went through and the man that answered the phone was a delight to talk to. Also, the flowers showed up just as beautiful as the photo. My friend was so happy! I would use them again!

While I didn't see the flowers Victoria Park delivered to my brother in the hospital, he did and told me that they were waiting for him in the room when he finally got out of ICU and was given a regular room and could have flowers. What I appreciated most was that Victoria Park wrote me to tell me that he was still in ICU on the delivery date, and kept me informed of the situation. It was very helpful in trying to cheer up a family member in another city.

I reside in Minnesota but my aunt lives in Florida and I have used Victoria Park Flower Studio twice now to send her flowers for special occasions. Their website is easy to use and both times the arrangements looked just like the pictures on line! I received my receipt immediately, as well as confirmation of delivery which is nice being so far away. Very trustworthy and reputable!

Zero stars, even though this makes you choose one star. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, my mother never received them. When I called on Monday, the person I spoke to couldn't find delivery confirmation and said he would call me right back. It's now Wednesday, no phone call, no flowers. I would like a refund.
