This has to be the best florists shop I have ever purchase from. Valentine Florist was very communicative from the moment that I made my purchase. Received my receipt immediately and athen a confirmation that they received my order. The very next day, I received an email with a picture of what the bouquet that I purchased looked like. Then I was notified that the bouquet was out for delivery. When they couldn't contact my friend, they called me and was super nice asking me for help to contact my friend. Seriously, I am looking for more reasons to purchase from them again. The experience and flowers were spectacular and would highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the best experiences I have had with ordering flowers on line. I ordered the bouquet for delivery the next day. The next day when they were leaving for delivery, I received a picture of what was being delivered. I was able to confirm that was what I ordered. The flowers were great and the recipient was delighted with the arrangement. I will definitely use Valentine Florist again.

I bought this lovely arraignment, I called the driver to ask if I could pay for a different delivery date because I found out she was going out of town for the weekend. He said he was delivering them any way (they hadn’t been delivered yet). I am upset because it was my baby girls birthday and I live in Arizona. It’s a very hard time of year for us because her brother/my son passed away recently so I try and bring some happiness. lLast year they did an amazing arrangement.

Contacting our driver 30 minutes prior to drop-off time certainly cannot stop the wheel from turning; as such, the delivery was made.

The arrangement ordered was really beautiful and done with very fresh flowers. The delivery of my same-day order was super-fast and friendly.

They sent me a text after my order to let me know that a substitution of a particular flower was necessary and actually asked me to select the replacement flower to use. I have never had a florist do this with an online order and I really appreciated that extra effort to make sure I would be happy with the flowers.

Flowers arrived on time and the bouquet was spectacular! Would highly recommend using Valentine!

Bonus: They were able to accommodate a special request about the bouquet, and integrate the request into one of their standard offerings beautifully

Feedback: I did not want to sign my name on the card, and left the signature section of the online order blank. The card showed up with the correct message but then had "(no signature)" in the signature spot. Ultimately a very small issue with the quality of the product, but it is something to check going forward!

I ordered a bouquet from Valentine Florist for a rush same day delivery. I am so pleased with Valentine Florist and would use them again! My mom typically doesn't like to receive flowers and especially receiving them in the hospital. The flowers she got from Valentine were the exception. She loved them. In fact, she texted me that she would normally text me to tell me that I shouldn't have wasted my money, but these flowers from Valentine were so beautiful, it made her day. Later that day she sent me a picture and another thank you saying she just can't stop looking at them. To make my mom happy while she is in the hospital 100's of miles away, makes me extremely happy. Oh my, where do I even start! This company is amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I needed to have a nice set of flowers delivered within a day's notice! After I read the reviews, I was convince d this was the company to use. After I placed my order I wanted to call and make sure everything would be ok but nobody answered after multiple phone calls so I crossed my fingers!

I requested that they be delivered within a certain window of time and they did that! My Significant Other was AMAZED beyond belief! The roses were fresh, some lilies were open but some were not so my S.O. was happy to get more mileage out of the arrangement to last longer. The vase was beautiful and did I mention how amazing the roses were? Wow, just wow! The delivery driver thought he didn't include my car but he called my S.O. to confirm it was there. That's a nice touch to show that they care.

If you are hesitant like I was, don't be. You are in good hands and seriously, you will love your arrangement, the quality, and the entire process! WILL USE AGAIN!!

The day of delivery, I received a photo of the actual bouquet that was made for my mother-in-law!! It was then promptly delivered before noon. I didn't get the arrangement ordered until the day before my wife's birthday. Nevertheless, they were delivered to our home on time on her birthday in spite of the fact I didn't give them a lot of time. I wasn't home when they arrived, but my wife said the lady who delivered the flowers was very nice. The arrangement looks even better in real life than the pictures on the website.

Before it was delivered, the florist sent me a picture of the actual arrangement so I could see what my friend would be getting. It looked exactly as advertised and arrived quickly with same day service. My friend was sure to tell me that the flowers were full of cold water and nicely chilled when they arrived, which is apparently no mall feat in Texas! If the designers choice is not going to resemble the visual representation on the website at all, that representation should be removed. I expected a bouquet of colorful flowers to brighten a coworkers day and got a creepy, all white, weird collection of flowers that looks like i arranged it. Disappointing.

As mentioned already on Yelp - We wanted to send blooms to my boyfriends parents as a thank you and decided to support a local business, especially during COVID-19 vs 1800 flowers, bouqs or some other big box internet brand. We found Valentine Florist as it delivers to Bellaire neighborhood and we couldn't be happier. $65 for sunflower bouquet (before tax and $15 hand delivery) with next day delivery options. We received a photo via email when the bouquet was made the morning of and email letting us know the flowers were successful delivered! Amazing! Not sparse or ugly like some of the other online flower delivery I have gotten in the past. THANK YOU!

Paul took excellent care of my order, i ordered once before in December 2019. My same friend Was hospitalized during the pandemic and Paul personally called me to make sure the hospital my friend Was in would be able to deliver or except deliveries. They were not and he gave me his personal cell phone and checked up on the order. Once my friend was, thankfully, out of the hospital, he delivered the flowers and checked back with me, and including sending a picture of the delivery. Excellent customer service in a time where we are seeing lack in this. I would recommend this florist to anyone. Thank you Paul and Valentine for being a ray of sunshine in a dark time. I had these flowers delivered to my my best friend who was celebrating her birthday. This is the best online florist experience I have had. The arrangement created was very much like the one I selected from the picture online. My only complaint is that the roses used were a darker pink than I would have preferred and looked old. I loved being sent a photo of the arrangement once it was done and being notified of the delivery.

I found the website user friendly and was able to my place my order with ease. The flowers were delivered promptly and looked exactly like the arrangement on the website! If I could, I would give Valentine 5+ stars! I chose this florist based on yelp reviews because I am in San Francisco, CA and know nothing about businesses in Texas. I did everything online, ordering two get well soon bouquets, separate notes over the weekend for Monday delivery. It was so seamless and they did everything I requested, arrived before noon. The joy, love and sunshine the arrangement brought to my neice in the hospital was like medicine. She was so happy and said she had never seen such beautiful flowers! I live in California and wanted to order flowers for my daughter in law in Houston, TX who just had a baby boy. I was floored at the AWESOME experience I had online and by text. I ordered the Designer's Choice Spring Mix at 6:55 am PST, they sent me a preview (several pictures) of the beautiful arrangement at 7:20 am PST (by text) and the flowers were delivered at 8:13 am PST and if the quick response was not enough...the arrangement was gorgeous as you can see above!! I love how they made sure to put blue in there! I love ordering Designer Choice since they know best on what to use and this florist did not disappoint!! My daughter in law LOVED them!! I highly recommend this local business and will definitely use Valentine Florist all the way from California again!!

Valentine Florist is top notch! I made a point to tell the recipient and her family to keep their name on file, they are THAT good! From start to finish the process was fast and efficient, I even had to change the delivery address and that was done with no problem. The delivery person called me because there was no answer at the door, and after I told her where to leave it, she took a picture as confirmation that it was left as I requested. Then afterward I got a picture of the order, confirmation that it had been delivered, and post-transaction communication that was the icing on the cake. In today’s world, a company like this stands head and shoulders above the rest!

An absolutely delightful experience, from order to delivery! I'd never received an actual pic of my arrangement, from the florist before - it certainly relieves any anxiety about what the recipient will actually be receiving. Quite simply the best experince in order flowers I have ever experienced... Often when ordering flowers from another state or location, florist will often skimp, knowing you are not local and will likely not even see the flowers. Valentine created a beutiful arrangement, keeping me posted with delivery updates, and even sent me a text of the actual arrangement! And Freshness? My mom was sending pictures of the flowers weeks later and they still looked incredible. Highly, highly recommended.
