Amazing job… The plus for using this company is that I ordered online and they actually sent me a picture of what they sent out for delivery! I’ve never heard of that before.
So appreciate that added detail.

I had to send a flower to my loved one from Turkey, and I am very glad to have chosen Urth Gardens for this task! Same-day delivery on time, I was able to reach customer service and get information easily, and my partner loved the flowers! 10/10, would reccomend!! See you on valentines day !

The delivery date was on Sunday. But they delivered it and the flowers were so pretty. I also found out I made a mistake after sending information. So I sent an e-mail the right telephone number. They replied very quickly. I felt really good. Great customer care!! Thank you!!

I had such a pleasant experience with Vanessa.
I was out of town and planning a birthday celebration. She was kind enough to handle this within a 5 day notice. We talked, I told her what I liked, I was able to send her and example of the table and then she said the magic words "trust me"...I did and was absolutely delighted in what she did for me!

Excellent service & flowers!

I wanted to surprise my sister who lives across the country with a “pick me up” floral to brighten her day and let her know she’s special to me. I looked on line at various florists and most designs were so basic and boring. I finally found Urth Gardens and quite a few lovely arrangements to choose between. On the day of delivery I was contacted by Vanessa to clarify the design and I have to say she gave me confidence that the order was going to be made with creativity and care. She followed up with a phone call and delivery photo which was so appreciated. The arrangement was lovely and the recipient was oh so pleased. The entire order to delivery process was a pleasure. I’ll certainly use Urth Gardens with future orders. The customer service aspect was like working with a friend I’ve never met.
