I'm really happy with my flowers, the long life of an orchid is a reminder of the lengthy life if my late mother. I will always have them in my home in her memory for the rest of my life.

Delivery service was poor. Received an email that my flowers had been delivered and they had not been. Was given a very weak excuse on why this happened. Would not use your business again.

It would be great if the email confirming delivery included a picture of the arrangement, because otherwise how can I review it?

I am not sure of the color of the roses as each picture comes out slightly different. We were a little disappointed you weren’t able to provide the lavender roses as requested, since we did get the order in quite a ways out, but also understand that things aren’t always available.
We assume you got the arrangement to the funeral in a timely fashion and we are grateful for that. And it was great to have the picture; helped us know it was not forgotten!

The flowers were fresh and the colors were like the picture. Time of delivery was good. The reason I’m not giving this a better review is because the most expensive flowers in the image are orchids and there were none. Also, the arrangement was flat on the top- I believe not enough tape was used to hold the flowers in place in the container. This took away a lot from the appearance of the arrangement.

I live in Nashville, TN and I wanted to send some "Get Well" flowers to my Aunt who lives in Santa Ana CA. I did not know a florist in the area. So I took a chance ordering from Tustin Florist. The flowers were delivered on time and the driver called me to let me know that the flowers were dropped off followed by a photo. The flowers were gorgeous and my aunt loved them. I ordered these earlier this week to send to a friend's mom who had recently been in the hospital, but was informed on Tuesday night that the delivery wasn't completed because the driver had gotten into a car accident. I spoke the person from Tustin Florist and they assured me their team was fine, but that they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order until the next day which was totally fine and I'm glad that everyone was okay.

However, it's been a few days since then and I've reached out multiple times to confirm as my recipient still hadn't received anything. I've emailed and called twice, but there's no response. I'm sure the florals are gorgeous, but just really disappointed with the lack of communication and no updates on my order. It feels like I just lost a chunk of money since there's been no response from the business.

Although the flowers ultimately were never delivered, I appreciate Henry reaching out to resolve the issue. Seems like he was on vacation and there was confusion in the store while he was away. We were able to reach a reasonable resolution relatively quickly and the owner was really apologetic.

Prior to the flowers being delivered, Tustin Flowers sent a "Bloom Snap" so I could see exactly what was being delivered. GREAT IDEA, and all florists should take heed of their awesome customer service. When I originally ordered the roses, I felt they were a bit expensive. Because of their customer service and the beautiful bouquet they arranged, I could not be happier.
