The arrangement was exactly as pictured with beautiful, fresh flowers, and it was delivered on time (2 hours before the funeral service). My only issue with the order is that the banner (sash) that was draped across it, my wording was changed on it. My banner was supposed to read: “The Heart of Internal Medicine.” Yet, my words were changed to “Eternal Medicine.” Our loved one was an employee in the Internal Medicine clinic. I would’ve preferred a phone call to verify the wording before it was changed.

Ordering on line was easy. Didn't get to see the arrangement as I was not able to attend the service. I got a delivered notice so I trust it got there. I appreciate that I don't have to go net surfing for a florist so early in the morning. Having the florist right there with the obituary is very helpful. Thank you

You say the arrangement was delivered on 9/23, and today I received a message that it was delivered today, 9/24, the DAY of the funeral services. What really happened? I ordered in plenty of time, and paid a good sum, to have it delivered before the service.

Upon ordering, the site said delivery would be the 23rd. Received an email saying now that delivery would be the 24th. Not concerned with staffing levels but someone should review details on the site. Disappointing service for the cost.

I live out of state and needed to send a plant to the funeral of a family friend. TLS was recommended, and it was an excellent recommendation. The plant was delivered to the mortuary (on time), and I'm told the plant was beautiful. The online purchase process was very easy. Thank you TLS for your services in this time of sorrow.

The plants and basket were lovely. It was more than I expected it to be. The wife of the deceased took it to the retirement center where she lives. They put it in the main parlor where it was appreciated. Thank you, TLS.

We’re there flowers delivered? I received NO confirmation. These were for a rosary/funeral service I did not attend. It’s not something you ask a grieving family. Please provide proof they were delivered or I will be letting my credit card company know to remove the charge.

I was totally embarrassed buy the plant my friend received for her mothers service. I could have gone to my local big box store and purchase some a lot nicer. I will definitely not use your company in the future

The arrangements we bought were absolutely beautiful. We purchased 2 of the same arrangements. One from my husband and I and one from my Mother and sister. TLS Florist saved the day! I live in Arizona and was unable to attend my cousin’s funeral service. A family member informed me that there were no flowers for the casket so I reached out to TLS to purchase an arrangement, and they delivered it the next morning in time for the viewing!
