Very beautiful and fast preparation. I thought this bouquet would be bigger. Very difficult to know the actual size from the website. Dimensions of the sizes would have been helpful. I probably would have chosen the largest if I knew all of the actual sizes.

The flowers looked good in the arrangement, however was disappointed that the delivery driver ruined the surprise by calling her, letting her know they were on the way, and also creeped her out a little by saying “some sweets for that sweet tooth?” while handing her the chocolates.
I was upset to hear that happened. Sending a loved one flowers with a card and treat is the message and experience I was trying to convey, this persons comments worked against that. A polite confirmation of recipient and have a nice day is all that should be needed from the delivery.

It was not the item I ordered. My mom loved it but I wanted more than just flowers in a normal vase. It was Mother's Day! What she received was not worth the 75.00 cost.

Ordered flowers to be delivered the Saturday before mothers day. They did not arrive until the Monday after Mothers day. I left e-mails messages, voice mail and spoke to someone over the phone saying they would make this right.
It made for a very awkward call on Mother day being told they did not receive the flowers. I would have been fine with a call or email saying you could not handle the order so I could make alternate plans.

I was home sick the day it was delivered, and the shop tried to call (but I was sleeping), so the delivery person left without leaving the corsage. Once I woke up, I saw they called, I called back, apologized that I had been sleeping because of illness, and they said they didn't want to leave it at the door, because it was windy out and they didn't want it to blow away! How sweet is that?!? Told them I was awake now, and they said they would deliver it in 20 minutes. They made it to me in 10 minutes!
This shop always goes above and beyond, and this is the only place I will buy flowers from. They are always gorgeous arrangements and their service is top tier!! ❤️

Very disappointed and embarrassed with the floral arrangement. It was sparse and some flower’s wilted. This was for a memorial service and I was appalled at the arrangement. There was another arrangement from a different florist that was beautiful and it looked like the same one I thought I ordered . The one you sent was not as pictured and I will never order or recommend your florist to anyone.

What was delivered looked nothing like the picture advertised. I understand substitutions are made sometimes. It was nice but nothing special. I didn’t think the roses worked in this kind of arrangement. I was disappointed.
I would have appreciated if they would have contacted me and given me the choice of the substitution or cancel the order.

Instead of replacing the bouquet I had chosen with something else, I was notified that the flowers needed for my order were coming the next day. I really appreciated that they did not just send something random. The bouquet was fresh and exactly like the picture I had picked out, except it somehow looked even better! Also, they sent a separate yellow rose as an apology to my daughter for the one day delay. I was just grateful that she got what I ordered and not something cheap or wilted. Bouquet did not look anything like what is pictured. Same mug, but sparse flowers, poorly arranged and just sloppy looking. Tried calling florist a few times, no answer or return call. Honestly I could have done a nicer arrangement on my own.

The Tulip Tree did an amazing job with my order yesterday. I asked they not only deliver my flowers before 2:10 p.m. but also add a stamp of a paw. They didn't have the stamp but added a paw printed ribbon. They went above and beyond to get my order done and delivered on time and still managed to have the flowers look gorgeous and smell amazing. I would recommend them and I will be returning.

I was excited to send flowers to my employee yesterday so I ordered from you ! Wanting to make it extra special I paid extra for the upgraded arrangmentI totaling $97.31 and was pleased to see that it was delivered on time and was even present when it came! I was very disappointed although it looked like the picture of the arrangmentI shown before upgrade I have to wonder what I paid extra for? Nothing looked fresh and some of the button Daisy's we're falling apart. I'm very unsatisfied.

I'm out of state so I did a Google search for flowers and gifts near Arrowhead hospital. There were many options in which I perused websites to see what they had to offer. I wasn't overly impressed until I saw what Tulip Tree had and loved it. Prices are reasonable, service was wonderful (shout out to Sandy!) And delivery was as promised. The recipients loved it and sent me a photo which looked as advertised. These folks are top notch in every way.

I ordered tulips for my moms birthday. I love out of state so it’s usually a risk ordering and hoping the flowers are nice. This was my first order from Tulip Tree and they did fabulous! I am a little upset. I specifically set the delivery date for February 8th (my sisters actual birthday). The flowers were delivered the 7th. Luckily she was at work the 7th and was able to receive them. Really wish they were delivered on the date that I specified! Not a day earlier!! Not sure I will be using this florist again!

The flowers were perfect. The delivery was terrible. I ordered the flowers 6 days before I wanted them to be delivered. I had to be near the top of the list for delivery but ended up at the bottom of the list. I paid 10 dollars for nothing. Next year I will try another florist.

Ordered flowers online and wanted to shop locally where my mom lives. This place was fabulous! They made a phone call to let me know the delivery date I chose (a Sunday) was actually not available and would be delivered a day earlier. Also informed me certain flowers in the bouquet were not available and I asked them to have something purple in substitute. My mother said they were the most beautiful flowers she'd received. The picture listed shoes 14 roses that I can see and 11 Posies that I can see. When the flowers were delivered there were 3 roses and 10 Posies in the entire bouquet. This is deceiving and is against the law. According to the Federal Trade Commission "your ad is unlawful if it tends to mislead or deceive." If I only received 30% of the advertised product shouldn't I only be charged 30% of the purchase price?
Having a picture like this and delivering what you did is unethical and is a crime.
