I ordered my flower arrangement for my mother-in-law at the last minute from out of state. I received a personalized message that morning with recommendations on how to improve my arrangement ant no extra expense and only with my express permission. They personalized the arrangement and delivered it at my preferred time of day which was not promised on the website or expected by me. The service was amazing and the arrangement turned out beautiful. It was on time, hand delivered, and she was delighted all with very little effort or expense from me. Very pleased!!!

Why choose The House Of Flowers? Firstly, our ethical decisions are founded on mindful awareness of how climate change and carbon footprints harm our planet, but we want to engage in protecting it. We have made a sustainability pledge; we recycle, upcycle, and reduce waste. The unusable greenery and flowers are not thrown away; we compost them and use that rich product in our garden; where we also grow some flowers and greens. Whenever possible, we purchase our flowers here in the United States. However, when that option is not viable, our personal and unique relationship with the farms in Colombia and Ecuador allows us to have the best-lasting flowers, as they arrive at our door within 48-72 hours of being cut. All these proud choices mean that when your flowers reach your loved ones, they will enjoy them for a longer time. We are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
