I was on the phone talking to our mother when the gentleman from the flower shop knocked on my mom's front door. When my mom opened the door, the man offered to bring them in because the flowers were in a vase and kinda heavy for my elderly mother. After placing them on the table he offered to read the card out loud for my mother, and he did. My mom said she had tears in her eyes. After thanking the gentleman, she offered him a tip, but he refused it. I was still on the phone the entire time. That was one beautiful experience created by someone from The Flower Shop of Pennington Market. Another beautiful creation by them are the flowers I ordered for our mother for Mother's Day. My mom sent me a picture and... Did I already say they were beautiful? In fact, what they delivered looked so, so much better than the one on the website, and the one on the website is already pretty to begin with, which is why I chose it. The flowers and their arrangement were excellent!!! I am very happy and satisfied with this entire experience!

These flowers did not arrive on the date scheduled. The error was not discovered and fixed until Monday April 18, after Easter. However, when made aware of the missing delivery, you immediately delivered a fresh arrangement with a note of apology and included a box of chocolates. I was told the flowers are beautiful.
I will use the shop again, but I hope this was a one time delivery glitch!

Ordered online for same-day delivery. Bouquet was lovely and well-received. However, my personal message was badly butchered, and I mean to the point of making a mockery of the English language: "Pretty" was rendered as "preety," "wither" simply as "with." And first letters of sentences were not capitalized in two instances. It was awful and obviously diminished the message's import. Rather than copy-and-pasting my message into a form, they retyped it with both eyes closed. And then chose not to respond to two emails alerting them to the error. My advice to customers: Leave the "Card Information" section blank and deliver your message personally.

Getting flowers delivered from PQM is the way to go! Flowers were easy to order online. There are many, many choices that include a picture of what you are ordering (and the actual flowers look just like the picture!). Type in your message that will appear on the card, pay and you're done! Delivered on time and fresh! You can't go wrong with PQM!

How can one write a review if one does not see the order?? I can only hope it matched the photo for often times that is not the case with substitutions, etc. If the person sending received a photo before item went out then a true review could be done.

Good Morning...The Flower Shop of Pennington Market normally does exceptional work. I had placed the order on Tuesday for delivery on that Friday, Dec 20th. The arrangement was nice, but the rose had ALL already bloomed and were a little dark around the tips that lead me to belie that the arrangement was probably made early. So I was a little disappointed at that as the arrangement was $60.00.

I was very disappointed when my friend Ilene sent a picture of the arrangement of baby’s breaths. There were very few Daisy’s in the arrangement and if you did not have in stock I would have expected a phone call. For $40.00 I would have gone to Costco and dropped them off myself. I like using family business, but this was certainly not worth the money spent.

The Pennington Market Flower Shop delivered a beautiful arrangement of 20+ baby roses for my daughter's 20th birthday! She was thrilled to get flowers. Delivery was on time (even despite lots of thunderstorms) and the delivery person was very friendly. Phone service and online ordering were great too. I highly recommend!

The flowers themselves sound like what I selected, and I appreciate your delivering in morning as requested. However, much of why I make a selection is based on the vase/container. The past two arrangements ordered have not had the container I selected. They arrived in a clear glass container. A basket would have been better. This was my gift for my Mom's 91st Birthday, and she loves pink and lavender, which is why I chose this arrangement and container.

Very very disappointed in the arrangement. ordered with plenty of lead time and it looked nothing like this. there werent any red glads or greens. it was mostly white with red thrown in. it looked cheap. And to think I decided to go here since local and is known for its beautiful arrangements even tho was more money then my usual online orders! Not what we wanted for our loved one.

Such a beautiful arrangement. Very sculptural and elegant. I had no idea what it would look like, but the florists did a fantastic job and well exceeded my expectations. The people who received the flowers were also very impressed and delighted by the bouquet.
Also the delivery person was considerate enough to leave the flowers with a neighbor since the recipients weren't home and the flowers would have been left out in the sun.

We happened to see the flowers we sent when we visited our friend in the hospital. Unfortunately, it was much smaller than the picture. We were disappointed. The flowers looked fresh though, but a little scarce.
