The plants that arrived didn’t look like this picture at all. I know it says there are substitutions, however, the plants delivered looked like baby plants while the one on line appears more mature and fuller, much fuller. I wish I could attach the photo of the one that arrived.
The arrangement is a nice arrangement just not what was represented in the photo in my opinion. That is the reason I selected

I am writing in regards to the below delivery from Friday. Truthfully I am a little disappointed in what our client received vs. what I ordered online. I wish I could attach the photo I requested from them to compare against this photo. Under any other circumstances, you just have to trust what is being delivered but we are in the same business complex and I saw your delivery driver going up to their door. I completely understand that depending on the time of year, things need to be substituted but with the description and picture online, the delivered product seems to be lacking the luster of what I was expecting.

The actual product was smaller than expected. It was nice enough, but certainly grossly overpriced at $90 delivered. Would have been overpriced at $50.

Even though it doesn't look like the picture and didn't have succulents it cam out gorgeous. All kinds of beautiful indoor house plants were added and it was better than the pictures.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
