Extremely disappointed. I chose this arrangement because it looked full with the fruit tree branch - I did not receive the green flowers - I received wilted flowers. Not worth my money.

Thank you for delivering the flowers on time. However, I'll have to say that I'm very disappointed on this flower arrangement! The flowers, the colours, and the design were totally off from the picture as shown! The tulips seem to be at their full bloom and will not be lasting soon. I don't usually like to write review but this is very disappointing! Hope you will not to this again to the other customers.

What I ordered wasn’t what my sister received. I wish I could attach a photo so you’d be able to see. I chose this florist because of the beautiful photos of their arrangements and previous reviews. I placed the order 2 eeeks before the delivery date, which would’ve been plenty of time for the florist to contact me regarding and substitutions that needed to be made. The received order didn’t have any roses; in fact, not one of the flowers pictured were in the arrangement that my sister received. Very disappointed and will not be using them again.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
