Unfortunately, this order did not go as requested. The arrangement was supposed to have peonies included, which is the recipient's favorite flower and the reason this arrangement was selected to begin with. There were no peonies included due to unavailability but we were never notified that there was an issue.

I purposely ordered this particular bouquet because it was pictured with peonies in it. However, it was delivered with roses instead -- not 1 peony. Although it does say on website that "bouquet will arrive approximately as delivered" I was under the impression maybe some of the filler flowers would be different. I didn't expect the MAIN flower in the bouquet to be substituted. And a rose is hardly an approximation for a peony. When I called to inquire why, I was told it was roses instead because "peonies aren't in season". If that's the case, the picture should be changed until they are in season. I would not have paid $100 for this bouquet if I knew it would be made with roses - peonies are more expensive which is why I was OK to pay the price. Ultimately disappointed with the "approximation" bouquet and moreover with the response I received when I called to inquire.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
