The flowers are fresh and not sprayed. The hybrid tea roses gives off a fresh rose smell.

I called the day of for a flower arrangement, and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was delivered and even sent me follow up emails along with a picture of the beautiful arrangement!

I purchased a spray for my mother’s funeral. The level of service I received was superior. I was treated with so much respect and delicacy during my time of needed. The florist provided me with options and went above and beyond with execution of the product and his services. The arrangement was delivered prompt and was a beautiful tribute to our beloved mother. Val is willing to work with you to create a beautiful arrangement to your liking. He is patient, respectful, accommodating, and reasonable! St Albans Florist provided efficient customer service from start to finish. We ordered a funeral spray and they went above and beyond to make sure it came out beautiful. They kept me in the loop while making the floral arrangements and sent me pictures along the way to be certain we would love it. I was speaking with Val the entire time and he was also very supportive to me during the time of grief. I will definitely be booking them again and I recommend everyone to do so as well.

I was very satisfied with the funeral spray that was designed by Saint Albans Florist. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. The final results of the spray was more beautiful than I had expected. I would recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

The florist and delivery driver provided exceptional service. The florist added a few extra pieces to the arrangement and communicated with me every step of the way! When they realized it was for a recipient who was experiencing a loss, they were so empathetic and handled everything with care despite the bad weather. The recipient was overjoyed with her flowers. I highly recommend them for any occasion that needs to put a smile on someone’s face.

The flowers were beautiful. But I spent $97.00 on the arrangement and the family didn't know the arrangement was from my family and me. Our names were not left on the card. Very disappointed considering the arrangement was for my brother's father and my former step-father.
