Beautiful flowers and delivery was as same day promised, but website advertised white orchids (which is why I ordered them for a special anniversary present) and the florist didn’t have so had to substitute for purple/pink ones.

I was so pleased with the arrangement and also the honesty of the designer. I called to talk about the difference in sizes and got way more personal attention that one normally does about the container we'd be using for my arrangement.
The flowers weren't cheap, but they also didn't look cheap, and they were more affordable than other florists I priced in the Lacey area.
My friend was very happy about her birthday plants and the arrangement was delivered on time.

Not only a lovely fresh arrangement but the customer support is over the top. I received a phone call and email advising me the arrangement could not be delivered as requested because of extreme weather conditions. That contact made a big difference...as I didn’t have to call the shop to determine if deliveries had to be suspended bc of the snow. That effort was recognized and appreciated.

The service was great but I was disappointed with the arrangement. It was still pretty but compared to the picture mine was less full and had lesser quality flowers; no Iris at all. It just didn't meet my expectations for the price.

I was not happy with the flowers that were chosen. I purchased a particular flower arrangement with was told because of Covid 19I could not have Lillies in my arrangement. Ok so what they gave me to replace the Lillies as the focal point flower was One Gerber daisy. I was told the arrangement was quite large which I was happy with. For the price I paid I would have expected more focal point flowers than one.

I put in an order late one night as it was a gift for someone who just lost their husband that day. The flowers were delivered the next day by noon!
Tara even called and left a voicemail explaining the colors of the available flowers differed slightly from the picture. I was happy she went along with preparing and delivery without waiting for a response regarding such a small detail (I was busy and missed the call).

Specialty Floral Designs in Olympia, Washington created a beautiful and thoughtful Mother's Day arrangement for a long distance friend of ours who just lost her son. The florist took the time to call and ask if it was okay to make a substitution on the color of roses she used and assured us the flowers would be delivered Mother's Day morning. They were, and our friend called to tell us she was absolutely delighted with her gift. We are grateful to the florist for helping us bring some cheer to someone who is grieving. Also, Bloom Nation was the only online florist we could find who would let us order on the Friday night before Mothers Day and still have the flowers delivered on time.
