Ausra was absolutely the best! I contacted the shop the day after my order because I did not notice the soonest delivery date and expected it to arrive. Totally my own fault. Ausra went above and beyond with her communications (both email and phone for each update) and she even gave us premium roses to ensure this didn't turn into a bad experience for us. We were amazed at how beautiful the arrangement turned out and Ausra also included some Freesia free of charge to provide fragrance. I cannot say enough about Soul Greenhouse. We don't live near Fox River Grove, but I am definitely going to use her for my future floral needs. THANK YOU again Ausra!!!

If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
