I give them a five star because they went above and beyond. They delivered to medstar Georgetown hospital as instructed. Unfortunately in my rush to make the order I gave them the wrong phone number so they could not have told us it was delivered. The hospital did not make any identifiable effort to get it to the recipient. The next day, when I called about the bouquet they tried to track it down and when they could not retrieve it they made a second one and delivered it to the recipient’s apartment instead since she had been discharged by then. They called me to make sure it got there since they had by then realized that phone number I gave for the recipient was incorrect.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
