I ordered Tuesday for Friday delivery. Received email Wednesday that they had already delivered. Called for clarification, left voice mail, no response. Called again Thursday because recipient didn’t say anything. Left voice mail, no response. Received email Saturday that they were delivered Friday, but recipient never got them or a phone call either. Called again, left voice mail, no response. They took my money, never delivered and won’t respond.

Sherman Oak Florist needed to change the flower colors of this arrangement because they didn’t like the quality of their white orchids. They used green orchids instead and then white hydrangeas instead of the green ones.
I actually liked this arrangement better!

Sherman Florist communicated with me right away when they had a problem and gave me choices. I really appreciated their commitment to quality.
I will definitely be ordering other arrangements from them again!

I typically order cut flowers--meaning no vase--so that the cost difference goes to getting more or better flowers. Sherman Oaks took my order for cut flowers and included a vase without my knowing. When I called to inquire as to why, I was told that it was to prevent wilting and that there was no charge for the vase. A free vase with every order--meaning the cost not being recovered in the price across thousands of orders per year--is extremely hard to believe. I am unlikely to use this florist again.

I made a day-prior purchase for flower delivery to my niece for her wedding. The bouquet she received exceeded my expectations and that of the on-line display.
The option to leave a note at purchase for the seller was a nice touch.
I don't know if my request for delivery by a certain time was achieved, but regardless, the experience was easy and the flowers beautiful -- my niece was happy for the lovely gift.

I was initially a bit sticker-shocked but had wanted to support a local florist. The arrangement is both beautiful, artfully original, with a lovely, heady scents. The slight asymmetrical and horizontal arrangement could not be easily achieve by a template and required the application of great skill on the part of the designer. I also greatly appreciate the attention to my request to brighten the palette of the flower assortment. This was done tastefully with a keen eye for color balancing. For such attention, care, and quality, the value easily conforms to the price.

The driver and dispatcher went out of their way to make the delivery despite me having given them incomplete delivery details on Apt no. and call-up code. The dispatcher called me and emailed me several times until I responded and stayed with the delivery until I was able to contact the recipient and provide the necessary information. Thanks to their efforts the flowers were delivered and the recipient loved them. R.

We ordered an arrangement from NJ for friends in Sherman Oaks. First of all, the arrangements are gorgeous and they look like what they advertise! The online store is easy to use and clear. Delivery was smooth and early in the day. The receivers LOVED the arrangement and it looked gorge. Would absolutely recommend this florist for the ease and quality of product!

This is an odd 5 star review. I ordered a big bouquet to be delivered on my girlfriend's birthday. There was a mix up, and it was delivered two days early when she was still out of town. I called to complain and they sent out a replacement bouquet to be delivered on her birthday. They made it right, and she loved the flowers. Incredibly beautiful arrangements, and top notch customer service. I will be using Sherman Oaks Florist as long as I live here.

complete failure. three days later the purchased product has not been delivered. ordered a day early to insure delivery for someone returning from hospital. no response to any inquiries concerning the location of the delivery. paid for a product that was never delivered and still no communication. do not recommend for any delivery. (had to give one star to submit).

I ordered a large bouquet the was supposed to specifically include peonies (girlfriend's favorite flower). They were swapped out without warning, so I spent extra money for a specific flower arrangement that had none of what I wanted. I ordered them as a congratulation gift & she was disappointed. Plus, the entire bouquet died almost immediately despite our taking proper care of it (plenty of flowers in the house so it's not for lack of care). Totally disappointed with this waste of money.

The flowers were beautiful! However, a major mistake was made: you mixed up the message with someone else's flowers. My friend, instead of getting a happy birthday message from me, received a message intended for someone entirely different. I have no idea who got the message I wrote. This is extremely disappointing, because my friend had no idea who the flowers were from and was very confused by the message she got.

This was my first online floral order. I think it turned out okay. The receiver liked it. I would suggest to the florist to at least inform the buyer of the size of the arrangements.

My order was to be delivered on Saturday, 17 February 2018. I called the number listed on the website to confirm delivery and a man, very upset, answered and said that this is NOT a flower shop. After an exhausting Internet search I found and called the ‘customer service’ number just to be given another local number to call. When I called the number a not so friendly man got my info and when he finally called he said that the flowers WILL NOT be delivered on that day because the delivery person didn’t have the building code. When I asked why nobody bothered to call me for the entrance code he just repeated himself saying rudely that there’s nothing he can do about it. The whole operation with this merchant is somewhat strange and ‘fishy’ to say the least. From the lack of a clearly stated phone number (a correct one) to no stated street address on the website to their obvious disregard for the paying customer, I can not and will not be able to recommend this merchant to anyone. That’s a shame as I was looking to become their loyal lifetime customer.

Awful experience
I ordwered this item on Friday 17th with same day delivery for a friend who discharged from hospital.
Flowers hadn't been delivered so I sent 2 emails and called 2 different numbers in the website contact info . Finally on Sunday morning a persian guy who was David I think answered his phone and he was very surprised about what did I explain to him. At the end he promised me that he would go to office after 2 hours and followed by order and if it wasn't delivered he will make it ready for delivery and make me sure by sending a text or email. But after 8 hours no flowers were delivered ,no email were received and no answer to phone calls anymore!!!
It was Monday when someone answered the Sherman Oaks phone number who was was totally aware of the whole order and story after that!!!
He apologised 2 or 3 times and told me we always closed on Saturday and Sundays very very cool.
Finally flowers received by Nader on 21st of February with 4 days delay!!!
Does it mean anything except irresponsibility and irregularities in Bloomnation?
I am not satisfied with every moment of my experience cause you didn't know how to respect to whatever any customer asked for.
