I ordered this gift to be delivered to my wife, who is staying 6 weeks in Portland for a medical sub-internship. As I am in Kentucky, I had anxiety about it being delivered in a timely manner and to the right location. The employee I spoke with on the phone eased my mind by explaining the delivery process and what they can do to ensure it arrives to the guest at the address I listed. I was on the phone with my wife when she got home the day of the delivery, and she absolutely loved it. She said the bubbly was fresh and delicious, and the flowers were gorgeous. Chocolate is TBD, though I am sure it is delectable. Thank you, Sellwood, for providing a special moment for my wife. We really appreciate you.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
