They said the flowers were beautiful but I’m pretty disappointed that I ordered a balloon that was advertised to match the occasion and it wasn’t. The gift was for a retirement party and the balloon said Happy Birthday. I also had specifically mentioned in the comments to the florist that the balloon needed to be Congratulations or Retirement themed. I was so embarrassed when I found out.

As I wrote and told you the day after the flowers were delivered….to which I have not had a reply…i was not happy…I requested you attach a pretty Get Well Mylar ballon and what she got was an ugly PLAIN colored balloon….not acceptable. You should do what I paid for

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
