Overpriced and these roses I got for my mother were a couple days old not the freshest yet still $130. The vase in the picture is way nicer than what you’ll get in person. Overall they looked like they should’ve been$30. Thankfully I brought the flowers back to the store and got a fresh bouquet and they worked with me on that. Nonetheless I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ruth Messmer Florist did an amazing job. Not only was the arrangement beautiful and just as pictured online, but they also provided wonderful service. I had to call and delay the delivery because I found out the recipient was out of town. This "smiles bouquet" brought huge smiles to my husband's mother on her 98th birthday! The yellow smiley bucket filled with shorter stemmed flowers in yellows and reds was perfect. Living in a small senior apt makes it difficult for her to have fresh flowers as they are often too large/tall for her available space. This bouquet is the perfect choice for limited space. I ordered flowers for my father’s memorial service. The flowers were not delivered until after the service. When I called the store, the employee was very quick in telling me it was my fault for not giving better instructions for delivery. When ordering online there was no place that requested a delivery time only the date. This was a very emotional day for me and I think the employee could have shown a bit of empathy and kindness instead of being rude and dismissive. Regardless of how the arrangement looked, I would not use this company again. I paid for the more expensive florist based on the customer reviews and quality of product, but I would take a less quality for a bit of kindness and grace.

Flowers were beautiful, but delivery experience was not. I requested that the flowers be delivered between 10am and 3pm, and they tried to deliver them at 845 without success then my girlfriend who they were for had to call and have it rescheduled. The driver did not answer his phone until hours later after he delivered the flowers.

I highly recommend Ruth Messner Florists!! I ordered online the night before I needed the delivery and the flowers arrived much earlier than I expected which was great. The flowers are beautiful and the arrangement is very well done!! My sister loved them!!

I chose the designer choice for the flowers I sent to my daughter who is a teacher and all I can say is they were absolutely beautiful. They give you a note section if you have any requests & I told them if they could incorporate purple as that is the school color that would be great. I am in Indiana, my mother was in Fort Meyers for Mother’s Day. I got her the “designer’s choice”flowers and she loved them. I wasn’t able to get them shipped on mother's day, but it worked out perfect because my parents were away from their condo until Monday.

Oh my goodness, Ruth Messmer Florist completely EXCEEDED my expectations. I ordered flowers to brighten up my mother's room at the rehab facility in which she is currently staying.

I am in Texas and chose Ruth Messmer Florist after browsing for florists in the Ft. Myers area. Ratings... The ratings/reviews were great and I immediately found and loved the Cheer Bouquet when I started looking at their offerings.

From there, everything was smooth and easy. The online transaction to purchase and set up delivery was straightforward and I was able to get next day delivery! But the best part... when the flowers were delivered, they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. My mom had tears in her eyes and everyone remarked how gorgeous they were. Happy mom, daughter, and family, all!

Beautiful arrangement yet I ordered the above in premium but light pink roses were included. I recognize not all flowers available at same time yet the colour combination is what was being purchased. Additionally the arrangement looked like the picture but I paid for premium so not seeing where the additional flowers and greenery were in the end result. So though what was delivered is beautiful I don’t think it was worth the uplift cost of $65 US at all.

We were at a loss literally as to what type, size or flower choices would be best for our newborn granddaughters funeral. In messaging with Jessica we tossed around some ideas and colors and trusted what she would come up with.

On short notice, Ruth Messmer put together a very nice arrangement, and the best part is that the online transaction was really easy.

The overall arrangement and presentation were excellent.
The problem was that too many of the flowers were past their 'best-by' date. They were not all in pristine condition.
Several were already wilting and too many were starting to lose their petals.
Disappointed to have paid over $100 for a display that looked tired.

Literally, just as I had saw they were closed, I was called to see if I was still coming. She waited 15 minutes after close to allow me to pick them up. It's the small extra steps like that which makes the customer service great. This will be my go to florist forever.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for some customers. They called me to say thank you, and said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Ruth Messmer Florist delivered them on time and the on line ordering process was super easy. I highly recommend them!

I was very disappointed when my friend sent me the photo of the flower arrangement I selected. It was $40.00 for the flowers plus $12.95 for delivery to the hospital plus tax. For a total of $55+ this arrangement was absolutely not worth it. I often send flowers as we have friends and relatives in many states and have always been pleased.
I had asked the florist in the “special instructions” section of their requested info portion to email us a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. They neglected to do so claiming they didn’t see the request.

I live in Texas, these were to a friend in Florida, you never really know when you pick something if it is going to turn out, or even if it's going to get there. Well these flowers were gorgeous, for a best friend who lost her husband suddenly. It brought her huge smiles and her sister took a picture of her and the flowers, stunning, and looked just like what I picked out, and a smile on my friends face spoke volumes, the flowers did their job. My friend also said they smelled wonderful.
