I was very shocked and disappointed at what product was delivered to my customer. My expectations from this unique boutique shop was so much more, they have cute stuff and the staff is friendly. The picture for standard pictured here at 97$ looks so much fuller and better than the premium $127+delivery & tax for $150 I spent. I expected to get more blooms, a fuller wow look and a larger arrangement. Instead it was underwhelming, twiggy, there was more filler than blooms and filler overshadowed blooms. You can count the blooms in my delivered product and they are even less than what this standard has. Not worth the price. If I pay the price you ask for a product I absolutely should receive what I paid you for. Led to believe now it is all squawk and no substance. Thank you for the effort and of course this one my experience, albeit an unfortunate one. Takecare

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
