Never received any communication from local florist to whom this order was assigned. Flowers never delivered. Received a refund three days later with no explanation. Still no communication from anyone so I have no idea why the order was not fulfilled. Totally unacceptable service. Would not use this service again nor recommend it to anyone.

The roses were beautiful as roses are and they were delivered on time which is important. However, they didn’t look enough like the image on the website. There were no or not enough yellow roses to make it bright like the photo.

I requested an order all the way from Alabama to be delivered to a family member in Florida and I wasn’t very sure about ordering something so many miles away not knowing if it would be delivered. So let's start by saying; communication is key!!! You all did not deliver on time, the flowers were not the same as the picture was. We were never informed the flowers would not be on time. We sent our mother over to your physical address and no one around. We gave you the benefit of doubt and nope still no call to us. I would not recommend you to any one and will never use you again. Remember communication is key to customer satisfaction. You failed.

You are kidding me! I can’t believe you have the guts to ask me how you did. You took my money for the flowers, charged me $25 to deliver and brought nothing. It was s Mother’s Day gift for my 82 year old mom. The confirmation, was to be delivered on 5/9, never happened. I tried to call, voicemail was full. I sent texts with no response. I finally got a response from Viola, she asked me for my confirmation number and I never heard back. On Monday I tried to call again only to get voicemail is full. I then called American Express and let them know not to pay you. You helped me disappoint my mother, and never apologized. Make sure you give my money back.

Delayed delivery for Mother's Day without notice despite account being charged. Website says next day delivery available. I placed an order with 6 day lead time (Saturday delivery) and was told due to high demand it was not delivered (after the fact when I emailed them). There was no mention of high demand and running out of supply on their website or at any point in order process. Before placing an order, call them to make sure they can fulfill it. Very disappointing and nothing been done to fix a bad customer experience.

NEVER RECEIVED! Wishing I could give 5 star,i I like supporting local than national: I am fairly new to this area and was hoping to find an awesome local florist to rely on. I needed a Funeral arrangement sent to our best friends and wanted it to be tropical because they brighten her day and this was one of the only florist that offered them. The arrangement was NEVER delivered to them. I assumed they got them and called to check in with her and she informed she never got them and they were home the whole week they were requested for delivery. I called 4 times and left messages and NEVER heard a response back why or if they could be sent again. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BE REFUNDED BUT THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS. My only recourse was to dispute the charge with my credit card. Very disappointed. VERY poor customer service. NEVER ORDER AGAIN

The flowers I requested and paid for were originally delivered to the wrong address. So I am being told by the owner. They were finally delivered 3/4 days late and only after I contacted them. I originally placed two orders and that was on 2/3 and the second order is yet to be delivered. I am still trying to get a credit on my credit card (that the owner promised) for the second order from Rose's Rose Creative Floral & Gifting. I would not use this establishment ever again.

The flowers arrived late and looked like they were purchased from a grocery store and quickly thrown together.Petals were wilted very low quality.Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ordered flowers for my grandmothers birthday. Nothing was delivered and every single time I called the shop I got their voicemail. Left multiple messages and no return phone call and still no flowers. Very disappointed with this company and the fact that 80 dollars worth of roses went undelivered. Would not recommend to anyone.

beautiful arrangement and thoughtfully delivered - they had to make 3 trips to get them there because of scheduling issues. Great communication and I loved the snapshot I was sent of the arrangement after it was prepared. You don't always get what you pay for using big box florists and online services - with Rose's- I got that and then some! Thank you

The customer service at this shop was outstanding!! There was some confusion on the delivery of my order and when I called, the lady I spoke to was absolutely they most helpful and considerate person - she was willing to go out of her way to figure out what had happened. I am giving 4 stars because while the arrangement was beautiful, it was not quite what was pictured on the website. We realize that flower substitutions are necessary. If I am in need of an arrangement for something in this area again, I will definitively being calling this shop. Thank you!!

A tale of two halves. The website and online ordering service is very easy to use and the same day delivery service was excellent. However, I when I received the confirmation email and a photo of the flowers I was very disappointed. I had upgrade my order to a deluxe arrangement at $60 but was unhappy to see the arrangement had even less flowers than the website photo despite paying for an up grade and the lovely clear glass vase had been substituted with a dull opaque vase that spolit the arrangement completely. I tried to call (from UK) to discuss my concerns but there was just a voicemail service so I left a message and sent an email, neither of which were responded to leaving no opportunity for an improvement to be made before the flowers were delivered.
So in short, the arrangement did not meet my expectation either in design or price nor did the customer service but the ordering and delivery system were very good.
