It was never delivered. And I never received a call or email as to why. And I want a refund. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.

It was excellent service and on time. Very reliable and the arrangement looks exactly as it is shown on this picture. Only that instead of yellow roses, they were orange and less amount but understandable as it was Mother's day occasion. I guess because of the demand, substitution had to be made.
