We are very disappointed that our order did not reach its destination. The order was purchased on 10/24/2024 at 10:00 am. Until now the invitation has not been fulfilled and the bouquet of flowers is intended for our daughter in honor of her birthday which was on the date of the invitation. This is our third order and the experience is very unpleasant and disappointing. Due to this, we would like to cancel the order and refund.

These flowers were beautiful but I cannot believe your delivery person left them out in the soaking rain when it could’ve gone straight to my mom who was home! How ridiculous! This present was soaking wet when my mom got it by just randomly opening the door. The box was a bit soggy but thankfully the flowers were still in tact and beautiful. I’m just disappointed by the service.

The arrangement was even more beautiful than pictured on the website and it was delivered promptly on the requested day. It was stunning and recipient loved it. I had an opportunity to speak to the floral designer on the phone the day prior about the availability of the flowers I had selected and he assured me the flowers in question were available. He took a personal interest in making sure our gift was perfect!

Flowers were beautiful- used comparable substitutes for some of the flowers pictured.
I was hoping they would have used the round vase in the picture which was one of the reasons I chose this arrangement.

The bouquet was stunning. The flowers were sent as a sympathy gift, so it was particularly heart-warming to hear from the recipient that the delivery guy was really nice.

While the arrangement was beautiful, I specifically asked in the delivery instructions that the driver knock on the door and hand deliver. They were going to my grandmother who does not check her porch often. Assuming she didn’t answer, I expected the flowers to be left on the front porch by the door, but instead they were placed on top of her trash can under her car port on the side of the house, so she didn’t get them on Valentine’s Day, and found them the next evening while taking out trash. Seems like a very risky place to leave flowers as many may assume they were trashed.

Excellent service and experience!
I had to order flowers while out of town for a funeral.
Family sent a picture of the bouquet
and it was beautiful.
Even though the website stated delivery could not be guarenteed, I received a message stating the flowers had been hand delivered, which was a surprising blessing for my stress level.

I never read reviews, but I will definitely be writing reviews on Google and all the other websites for this company. I ordered flowers a few days ago for my best friends birthday. I spent close to $150. The only thing I asked Wes for a follow up regarding when they were delivered, and for them to not be left outside. The owner was rude - I called 3x for a follow up, and never heard back. They left the flowers outside in the heat and they welted - my friend was home the entire time and cameras showed no one even knocked! The owner still has not called me back to let me know they were delivered and the flowers look like they were thrown into a vase last minute, which makes sense because when I spoke to the owner, she had no idea that I had even placed an order. Do not order from this company!

Not only was this delivery a day late, after Mother's Day, but the card was missing. Also, the actual flowers were almost dead, and when my 94-year-old! Mother unwrapped the paper all but one bloom fell off immediately. The last fell the next day. I tried, hard, to make this a special day for her, but, this delivery & service was so poor that not only was she upset, but so mad at me that we haven't spoken since. Thanks for making a difficult time worse & a true effort on my part to communicate Love, fail. Zero stars.

As always, my order was handled expeditiously and with personal attention. They did not have the color Lily plant I wanted and they called me to suggest other colors. Do not order flowers from here! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I fell victim to this scam. Everyone has the same issue…no deliveries! When they do answer the phone they give you the run around saying it got late and they will deliver the next day even though you paid for next day delivery. I called the next day and still no delivery. Was given the same run around and told the delivery driver either has or will deliver them. How do you not know the status of a delivery? Once they learn your number they will not answer again. I had to call from a different number and this time was told they were delivered and I will receive a confirmation. Whelp that was a lie so I called again, got forwarded to voicemail and left a message asking for a refund. Minutes later I get a text message saying they are being delivered. What kind of service is this? My delivery is now 3 days late and I don’t have faith it will ever get delivered.

The floral arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved them. I am a little disappointed that the receipt from your office stated that the arrangement was delivered on the same day it was ordered which was 7/18, and it was not. I was in a Zoom meeting and the husband of the recipient brought the flowers to the camera and showed me the arrangement when they arrived which was delivered a day later (today 7/19).

If your delivery policy is 24 hours than that should be communicated and stated on your website, so that your customers are not charged for same day delivery.
