My mother was not home when the flowers were delivered she was home by 6:00 pm she didn’t see the flowers on the porch so they sat there all night long getting froze if people are not home when delivered they should not be delivered until they are home you had her phone number so you could have called instead of leaving them on the porch

The picture of the poinsetta plant on your website looked nothing like the poinsetta that was delivered to my family. It looks much smaller and had no bow, also the pot was covered in foil, nothing like the pot in your picture. Walmart sells nicer looking poinsettias for $5.99. I spent much more!! Although the flowers were lovely, the arrangement did not include the beautiful colored vase that was in the description. I know there is a substitution policy, but it was disappointing not to see the colorful case with the flowers. Also the flowers unfortunately arrived a day early. Normally that would not be a problem, but these flowers were meant to be a birthday present and were meant to arrive on the actual birthday. But again, the flowers themselves were beautiful.

I was worried that calling the day before Mother's Day would compromise the quality and beauty of the flowers my mom (92) would receive. Shame on me for waiting until the last minute. Due to a high volume of orders, my flowers would have to be delivered on Monday, but I decided to go ahead and send them anyway. I chose the "Designer's Choice" and just asked them to chose whatever is freshest and colorful. My mom was thrilled. She said that they were absolutely beautiful and there were some flowers she wasn't sure what they were, and how she was enjoying their beauty. Thank you for making my mother's week and filling her home with beauty that reflects her.

First during this Covid 19 it was Mother’s Day and with My Husband and I living UpNorth ( formerly from DownRiver area) We called the Florist that we always ordered from..they were closed and I was upset thinking We’ve never ordered from anywhere else are the flowers going to be good or weeping due to delivering of flowers....so we looked up the closest and checked the reviews.. and We are pleased to say that the flowers we picked out were more than the picture( family members always sends us a picture of the flowers we have sent) definitely a #1 in our eyes and My Mother in-law couldn’t rave enough on how beautiful they were.. that alone is what anyone would want ..
