I really wanted to celebrate my friends birthday but I'm across the country and in the middle of the coronavirus quarantine!!! I found this beautiful arrangement and ordered it.
Now comes the extra mile. I got a text that night asking if they could use X vase instead of Y, sure np. Via text?! Never received service like that. Of course because I am sad by not being with my friend I go overboard and tell her about my friend's birthday and blah blah blah. She responds!!! Totally gets the situation and I'm reassured it'll be beautiful and special.
Now I really put them to the test. My friend lives in a new development that doesn't exist in Google maps! Long story short she communicates with me the entire way through and is so sweet doesn't give me any grief whatsoever.
Most importantly when my friend got the flowers she loved them!!! Said they smell so great and made her house smell beautifully. Said the person who delivered them was really nice too.
Bottom line, I really was not an easy customer and Kelley came through with flying colors diamonds and glitter. I've never been happier with any service industry experience. Thank you!!!

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
