I chosen arrangement to be delivered on a certain date. It was delivered a day early with no notification. I’m just happy that the recipient received them. I generally pick out an arrangement according to color not so much what flowers are put in them. I understand that they may need to choose flowers when making the arrangement. The colors were not even close. They chose colors that weren’t even in the arrangement on the photo. Disappointed in that they couldn’t made it closer to the photo. They were very confused on the delivery a little too confusing for me to ever use them again.

OUTSTANDING! Not 20 seconds after I’d placed the online order, the owner called me to let me know that they were out of one of the kinds of flowers and ASKED PERMISSION! to substitute. She was wonderfully kind and promised to take good care of the order which she did. She went above and beyond to deliver, the next day, a truly beautiful arrangement. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
