The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the picture that I ordered from.
And it was sent to someone who is very ill and has bought many flowers from you. To say I was disappointed it putting it lightly.

Hi Christy. I am so sorry you were disappointed. My husband and I are completely bewildered by your review. Your brother is a dear friend of ours and I made his arrangement with love. We purchased the white roses for his arrangement fresh that morning and even included a handwritten card to let him know we were thinking of him. The photograph of the dozen white roses on the website is the same as what was sent except we substituted the pink heather with pink wax flower as the filler. I have sent you an email and voicemail but haven't heard back.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
