I ordered the Spring Designer's Choice which was supposed to include brilliant pink and deep purple flowers. Instead, we received the Mother's Day arrangement with pastel pink flowers. In addition, the arrangement was supposed to be coffee table size, and the one received looked like the small bedside table size which was is $20 less. Very disappointed.

I just received your online review. I’m sorry you were unhappy with the flowers you received. You ordered the “designers choice” which means exactly that. The designer chooses and the picture is just a representation of some of the flowers available during the season. I’m also sorry you felt that the flowers were small, but I can tell you they were a definite representation of our $85 arrangements and they were beautiful. Last year I found Pistil Designs and ordered a very special arrangement of boxed roses for my daughter's 30th birthday. The nostalgic box presentation along with the fragrance and beauty of the O'Hara roses were an amazing celebration. This year I ordered an orchid planter and upgraded to premium. The planter is jaw-dropping stunning and I didn't even go all the way to Deluxe. Thank you Pistil --- your heart shows in your design and perfect customer service.

always difficult to tell when ordering from a website. Would help if size of arrangement was listed. I sent flowers for a friend's birthday. It arrived on time, the photo I was sent of the arrangement showed that it was a nice arrangement , however it was smaller than I anticipated
