Phillip's Flowers & Gifts

My mother was on vacation for Mother's day and I had them scheduled for a delivery for the 17th of May which was the day after she came home. The were delivered with care and the flowers were so beautiful. My mother's face lit up when she saw them. I definitely will order from Philips Flowers again!
