For what I've paid at other local florists this was tiny in comparison, a fraction of what I expected based on the photo. Altogether, around 12" tall, with maybe 6 flowers in it, for almost $90 delivered.

I was disappointed that my daughter did not receive her arrangement until the end of the day, even though I ordered it two days before and indicated it was her birthday. Also, I had expected the arrangement to have more color in it like the one in the photo; however, it was primarily green. I did speak to someone at the shop and she said there were no colorful succulents available at the time

the bouquet I order was different from what I received. It was in different color scheme ( rose and purple) instead of pink and white. It also had less flowers then expected-- only white 6 roses-- when the description says pink and white roses, carnations and dusty miller. Overall, I paid for variety of flowers but only got white roses.

Best service experience as always! The selection and availability to deliver on short notice is terrific. Tracking of the delivery was extremely helpful. But most important was the extent to which the delivery was attended to. The recipient was not available, and instead of just leaving the flowers at the outside front steps, Joe went above and beyond to make sure that the delivery was secure.

So I chose this arrangement because the flowers were elongated and pretty, spread out.
The arrangement I received did not have tulips. Yellow roses were at the center and low into the vase, not upright as the tulips were in the design I chose. This arrangement was for on my mantle above the fireplace. The roses, although very pretty (I love yellow roses), are buried in the greenery and not easily seen. Cannot enjoy the arrangement as made (from the mantle) so I will have to move to another area where I will not see and enjoy as much.

I chose this florist based on previously positive reviews and my experience proved their commitment to excellence. The arrangement was set to be delivered to a friend’s hotel room. She was in town for cancer treatment. The delivery person stayed in touch with me and worked with hotel staff to ensure the flowers were in her room when she arrived. I had the arrival date wrong by one day and the staff member offered to return the next day with the delivery. I declined and he stayed in touch relaying the bouquet was placed in a hotel cooler for flower preservation.

The entire experience was easy and the final result was beautiful. I live in NC and the funeral service was in Philadelphia. I wanted an arrangement delivered but I also had some special request. Not only didn’t they assured me they would have it delivered on time to funeral home but they doubled check to make he at that particular funeral home. They sent me a email confirming delivery and a pic via text of the arrangement. It was beautiful!! I was so satisfied and everyone loved it. Thank you for making this a memorable and easy experience.

Needed flowers to be delivered on 14th Feb. Their first delivery got misplaced due to some miscommunication between them and the building front desk.
However, they compensated for it by making and delivering the same item again.

Requested refund due to false advertising and sent an “I Love You” bear to a male colleague. Photo provided is called “Bud Huggers” and does not have the word I love you anywhere on the bear in the photo or item description. This has created an extremely awkward situation for me at work. I have requested refund but the manager was a little short with me and hung up abruptly after saying she would provide a refund- I just would like to know when the refund will be provided and if I will receive an email about it or just wait 3-5 business days for it to show up on my bank statement. If someone could reach out to me regarding this issue I would greatly appreciate. Thank you.

I ordered 2 dozen roses and received 18 roses. In order to rectify the problem, they sent me 12 more roses in a bag. The roses in the bag did not match the 18 gorgeous roses in the vase. The vase was too small to fit 18 roses in the vase.
I used to have a friend that would go from bar to bar selling roses. Her roses were sort of the hand-me-downs from the florist that she bought them from. The 12 roses that were delivered to rectify the problem were definitely from the hand-me-down stash.
Sadly, I paid $175.00 and just wanted 2 dozen roses delivered. This really cant be that hard of a task... Clearly it was.

I received a call on Monday that said the flowers couldn't be delivered because no one was in the office. After contacting the recipient, I learned they were working from home. I called the flower market to provide the new address and they updated the system to deliver the flowers the next day. The recipient contacted me to say the flowers were re-delivered to the EMPTY office. Not good. I personally called and spoke to them and they assured me the new address was in the system.

I ordered the middle size - paid extra for that and the flowers did not look near as full as the picture. I'm not sure which size the picture is showing but no way, was the bouquet as full as the picture shown. So, for over $100, I think it could have been nicer. I don't think they add any more flowers when you pay for the bigger arrangements because the picture I saw of the flowers that were delivered were Much smaller than the picture shown on web site.

I unfortunately had to contact the person with the birthday asking "did anything arrive for you today?" as I did not receive a delivery notification from the flower market until Monday, for a Saturday delivery. There was a glitch in the delivery location of my order. I called and they sent the driver back to pick up the flowers and take them to the correct address. The plant delivered is nice, however it is not the plant originally selected. A representative from the company did contact me quickly after the order was submitted stating that the plant I ordered was no longer available. An alternate was offered, which I took. It arrived on time to the recipient who was happy with the selection. My reasoning for 3/5 stars was simply that I would have preferred the plant I originally choose. All the other logistics were just fine.

the flowers are absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is that this was designated for administrative professionals day (so clearly a work-related gift) and it wasn't delivered until after 5pm so my secretary never got them, and won't get them until Tuesday of next week because that's the next day she's scheduled to come in. I'm pretty disappointed about this.

My only complaint (which I think is too strong of a word for this) is that I had the option of making the sender (me) anonymous by not leaving my name on the note. However, when the bouquet was delivered, the slip clearly said who the bouquet was purchased by! I may have some doubts in the future about whether or not I can remain anonymous when purchasing flower deliveries from here.

I would most certainly have given this business a 5 STAR if their delivery service matched the beautiful flower arrangement. This was the second time I used their service, the flower arrangement is beautiful, but the delivery was late on both occasion. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and it was delivered the day after which is totally unacceptable and actually flawed the celebration. Instructions were given in the online order the flowers were to be delivered during morning hours of the day of the celebration during morning hours. They were delivered the following day at 4:00 PM. I made 4 phone calls, and was told they were out for delivery. I felt the least I would receive a courtesy call on the day of to be informed either it would be a late delivery or no delivery. I received neither. The manager was apologetic and gave a refund on purchase. This was a mere pittance of good customer service when all that was required if better communication was initiated by the business on the. I try to support local businesses as much as possible and all it took was one small effort to prevent a negative review. Again the arrangement was beautiful, just a day late.

The Philadelphia Flower Market is AMAZING! I had come to Philly for my wedding and realized 3 hours before my wedding my bouquet was at home (a 2 hour drive away). I decided to check out their website since you can easily order online and they have pictures of their arrangements. And they’re affordable. Me, not knowing anything about flowers, ordered their Snowflake bouquet and told them about how I left my wedding bouquet at home in the request section. The only thing is, I ordered the snowflake arrangement in a vase. They called me and informed me and asked if I wanted my order in a wedding bouquet form and they even added extra flowers. We’re not even at the best part. I’m not from Philly and was panicking because I was running late and wasn’t sure how to find their shop (I have a terrible sense of direction). They were so kind to give me directions TWICE and even offered to meet me in the city to walk me down to their shop! They were so nice when I got there and my wedding bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. If I ever come back to Philly their flower shop will be the ONLY shop I go to to get flowers.

Yes, they sent an email explaining they had to change it - which - if I'm paying for what I wanted sent and they can't send that, shouldn't there be some compensation adjustment? I was very excited to order this. I got the premium arrangment. It was very disappointing. The bouquet looked so empty and naked.
It looked almost nothing like the suggested picture - it was just green leaves, and yellow and pink roses. There was no white. It was only roses, again unlike in the picture. There was only one baby's breath stem and 1 yellow rose. It looked like a bouquet of roses I could have picked myself from a field. I paid a lot for this. I understand there are supply shortages with COVID, but the arrangment could have at least been filled more than one baby's breath! I was so excited to order this and it was really heartbreaking to see what showed up.

The only reason given 4 stars instead of 5 was because white carnations were added in place of the purple flowers. I understand that substitutions are needed at times, but I think the white took away from the deep look of it just a bit. It was still pretty just not as seasonal with the white flowers something dark pink/burgundy or even dark green would have been my preference.

The blooms themselves are beautiful, I'm really just a bit underwhelmed by the total volume and abundance. I ordered the biggest version of the bouquet and than God I did - if it has been the medium or bottom tier it really would have been quite paltry.
I suppose what was pictured was basically delivered, however total flower quantity and overall aesthetics could be better. It feels a bit 'slapped together' and only after being re-potted to a smaller vase and the bouquet rearranged did it really look good. I don't know that the delivered value lined up with the cost. I'd prefer if they'd not been in a vase and instead a few extra flowers had been included to really fill out the bouquet.

I called in and spoke with a very nice woman who told me no worries and that they would be shipped Saturday between 9-5. We waited all day for a phone call, around 4:30 and the woman told me that they were out for delivery but never received a call

I was quite disappointed with my experience with Philadelphia Flower Market. I ordered an arrangement for a birthday and they contacted me via automated message to let me know there will be a substitution. Of course I wanted to know what the substitution was and when I asked they responded in the most unfriendly manner and they failed to respond to any further messages. They had the audacity of delivering the flowers without even checking with me to see if I accept the substitution! Very rude and unprofessional company. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

That is not what happened at all. We tried to call you but your phone was busy so we sent you a message. You never called us back, you just emailed us. We are extremely busy for Valentine's Day so I simply told you that we were substituting the container and you never responded to us. So we HAD to send the flowers out because if we didn't, the recipient would not have gotten anything. The arrangement you picked was not one of the arrangements we were featuring. That is why we substituted.

The Ease of ordering online was honestly the best part the pricing for such an arrangement was beyond what i expected, close to $90 buck for roses in which had no presentation to give a wow factor nothing like the image above i chose the delux with the thought of having a ribbon and vase withit and nope nothing at all just roses proped together with a white cardboard base. Felt ripped off for the cost of roses to presentation was not the experience i expected. Think twice before you order, the person who dropped of had a piss poor attitude lack of customer service unacceptable.

I order the flowers for a coworker who lost a relative. I requested during my order (online) for a specific date for delivery. When I noticed they hadn’t been delivered I called and told the representative who accused me of adding the wrong delivery date, although she hadn’t even pulled my order up. Extremely displeased with the arrangement delivered, and even more disappointed by the customer service from management. The bouquet was made entirely of filler flowers. The arrangement was also unbalanced and tasteless, further cheapening the look. It was reminiscent of a grocery store bunch that sells for $8. I called the floral shop twice to rectify the situation. I first spoke to a “designer” who was rude and unwilling to help. I called back, frustrated, only to speak to management who was shockingly brash, incorporative and unprofessional. He gave absolutely no options to mend the situation, and instead raised his voice and told me “it’s what I ordered”. Even though I actually had never seen a picture of what I was ordering because it was “designers choice”. I guess it was my mistake thinking the designer would have more skill and style than what was displayed. I live in Boston and wanted to do something special for my sister. I was hoping by shopping local I could support the community and get excellent customer service. Sadly, I was wrong. I will never do business with the Philly Flower Market again. Plenty of better flower shops in the city.

I ordered flowers here for my sister-in-law and requested for “this to be an organic-looking arrangement, with colorful accents - possibly some light blue like a hydrangea (loves blues and purples).” When sending flowers, I always try to use a local florist and opt for the florist’s design so as to allow some creativity for them and not force them to do another teleflora design or not lose any profit through a third party purchaser. Well I will not do that again after this. The flowers arrived in a timely manner and are lively, but the arrangement is unlike any arrangement I would have ever chosen—it was anything BUT organic in appearance as it featured a TON of bright yellow and pink daisies, bright yellow roses, pink lilies. I never would have chosen flowers like these for any adult, they would maybe be fun for a little girl but honestly embarrassed by the arrangement.

The item that arrived was not particularly close in resemblance to the sample photograph. The plant selection was very generous -- but a couple items added quite a bit of unexpected vertical height. The planter was nothing like the one pictured. I did receive notification that the final product would look slightly different (very much appreciated). I called to check exactly what that meant, and the person on the phone shared that I was notified because the planter itself was out of stock but that the one provided was "similar". It was not -- it was almost a terracotta color and looked more like the paper wrapper for a cupcake than anything. Incredible value for the price but was disappointed in the final look.

The arrangement you ordered was green and white. We used white flowers cause that was what was in stock. We also had a disclaimer on our website that we have limited products available and you ordered something that wasn't listed. Instead of not sending anything we decided to make a beautiful arrangement with lots of greens and include white flowers. We apologize if you did not like it. We would have been able to rectify the situation if you called us.

Apparently the delivery person was afraid to go down Joyce Street and may have lied about the completed delivery. Possibly it was stolen but thats less likely. I wish Flower Market had been up front and just opted out of the transaction. It was very dissapointing to learn I had wasted my money on a non-delivery. As I'm based in Boston, I was excited to find a local shop to send my best friend in Philadelphia the terrarium for her birthday. The ordering process and delivery went smoothly. However, when my friend sent me photos of the terrarium, it looked nothing like the one advertised. There was one, maybe two succulents, dirt, and moss that looked pretty sad. I'm unable to post pictures here but I'd be more than happy to send them over to show how poorly made the delivered terrarium was compared to the advertised product. I really like my friend to have the product that was intended to be delivered, or if that's not possible, a partial refund. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Delivery didn't follow the special instructions and simply left flowers in lobby rather than deliver to door. Recipient is unable access lobby, hence special instructions. Typical Philly attitude by delivery persons if you ask me. So they essentially were a day late for same day delivery as were not noticed until day after. In this age of messaging, one would think that a text when and where delivered would be common. Particularly since I asked for that if they couldn't deliver to apartment door.

The smile on my wife's face as she saw the flowers at our table says it all. She was delighted by the bouquet of yellow roses (her favorite) so beautifully arranged in the vase. I was impressed that I was contacted to say that the white roses were not available and would I want a substitution. I asked that they use white daisies (her other favorite flower) in their place. The flowers were lovely , delivery good , But I am very disapointed in how the attached card was writen, it was hand writen and very untidy there was a spelling mistake what was penned over ., My 8yr old grandson could have writen this better ., As we ordered this over the net and live in the UK , We expected this to be more proffessional ., We have used this flower shop over the last 15yrs and have never had to complain., I have had to apolazise to my freind for the card., its a disgrace., I ordered two lots of flowers from you over the last few days and waiting now for a picture to come back of the others., I am sorry this has happened I have in the past recomended my UK and Philli freinds to use you but in future will think twice Mrs G Smith (UK)

The flowers are beautiful. The problem was with the delivery. Ordered on Tuesday, I expected delivery by Wednesday afternoon. That did not occur. I then had to take time out of my own work day to figure out what happened and to get it resolved. Ultimately, we got to the bottom of it . Many thanks to Butch. But, I really did not have time deal with any of this and would appreciate a smoother delivery the next time.

I order flowers the day before for my co-worker who was returning from a hospital stay. The flowers were delivered before Noon. I was even able to overhear PFM when they called to tell her of the delivery and about what time they would be delivered. I was impressed that the driver/delivery person followed my directions to get to my office. To top it off, the Flowers are Beautiful and the Price was Terrific! Will use again. Thx!

My boyfriend loved the flowers. He thought they were beautiful and was very pleased with my selection. I did get the deluxe bouquet and it looked like the photo, Wasn't excited about the vase, but the flowers were very nice. I ordered the flowers same day and had no issues with delivery.

It was as beautiful as it appeared in the photo. It is challenging ordering flowers online because you never know that you'll actually receive or if it will look at all like the photos. You guys did not disappoint. My Mother loved the plant!!!

I paid $10 extra for additional blooms and received something less than what is shown in the photo. The flowers were much more pink than what was shown in the photo and they began to droop within 12 hours. They were so embarrassing that we didn't even take them to the event for which we had ordered them.

The flowers were nice, my girlfriend loved them, but they were delivered to the wrong house at first and it took 5 hours for them to be delivered to the right house. Please do a better job next time at actually delivering them to the right place.

I went online and ordered flowers the day before Mother's Day. Other florists were all sold out but not the Philadelphia Flower Market. The flowers were delivered within 5 hours after placing the online order. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and my mother was very happy!

I ordered these to be delivered on someone's birthday, 4/26. Delivery was attempted, however it was unsuccessful and I was never called or emailed by Philadelphia Flower Market. I had to contact Bloomnation to find out what was going on. The next day, 4/27 I received a curt phone call from PFM where a woman told me she received a call from Bloomnation telling her I was upset and that they would deliver it that day. I asked that I please be called if they could not successfully deliver again. They attempted delivery but still never called me to say so. It was once again up to me to email Bloomnation and call PFM to find out the status on my delivery that was now one full day late. The item was finally delivered after I spoke to a nice gentleman at PFM. Unsure why PFM refused to contact me when delivery was stalled twice. A bad experience all around.

Really great service! I live in Los Angeles and they delivered to my best friends house with perfect timing the very next day. They didn't have the vase in stock that day so they substituted 2 smaller ones instead, they turned out beautiful!

I had these flowers sent to our daughter for her Birthday because she lives 2 1/2 hours away. She text messaged a picture of them when she first got them and they looked almost exactly like the picture shown that I chose from. She just texted another picture this morning and they are even more beautiful because the lilies have started to bloom. So, yes, I am very satisfied with my purchase and so is she. I had them delivered to her job so that she can share them with her co-workers all day and she would be able to enjoy them longer during the day. She even told me that the vase was so nice that she is going to keep fresh flowers in her office all the time. What an inspiration!!!

I absolutely was not satisfied with my order. They delivered my order on the wrong day & to make up for it, they added "extra roses." With those extra roses, the bouquet still did not look like the display. I will never be ordering from this market again.

Ordering was very easy. I needed a bouquet delivered same day and it was delivered with a couple of hours! The bouquet was beautiful. They only drawback was the delivery cost, which I felt was a little pricey since they were only being delivered essentially across the street. Other than that, I was very pleased. Would definitely order from them again.

There were no flowers in the delivery, it was a box of soil with some succulents and a few pieces of bamboo. I read your substitution policy and it mentions that seasonal substitutions can be made, but when I order FLOWERS I expect FLOWERS to be delivered, not non-flower plants. Additionally, your substitution policy states "Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will." There is no way that what was delivered matches the temperament of what was displayed on the website. "Zen artistry" shows elegance in form and color, the delivery looked like a project put together by second grade children during outside time. I am unhappy with my order and overall disgusted with my experience.
