The person who sent you the arrangement requested a funky unusual ceramic vase. We sent a gorgeous heavy art glass vase that cost more than the clear glass vase we would normally send. But you would not have known this unless they told you .

I ordered the above bouquet for a birthday and always go for the deluxe because I feel like it will look closest to what is pictured on the page. The recipient sent a picture of the flowers they received and it looked like flowers were just stuff in a small green BOWL and sent out. While the flowers that were in the bowl were nice the display of the flowers left a lot to be desired. It looked nothing like the picture of the flowers and was very sloppily put together. I wish I could post the picture to show the visual of the flowers that were delivered.

I live in AZ and had ordered flowers to be sent to a friend & his family, because a loved one had passed. The florist had called me and informed me they were unable to get the flowers to the church in time for the services but had offered to either give a refund and refer me elsewhere or deliver them the next day. Although the arrangement received was nice, it was not anything at all like the arrangement I selected. I picked the arrangement based on the receiver's preferences as it was a birthday bouquet. She received an arrangement with sunflowers and tulips and there are no sunflowers and tulips in this arrangements. The lilies and roses combination was what I was looking for. Thank you for getting her a nice arrangement and on time though.

So, I’m here in the UK and my wife is on a short trip in Philadelphia. On landing, she left/lost her phone on the plane. Tired from the long day and so far from home and without her phone she was so upset. After doing what I could, regarding her phone, I wanted to try and cheer her up a bit and let her know everything will be fine, so, ordered some flowers, from Petals Florist, for delivery to her hotel.
I chose a custom bouquet, giving a brief description of the kind of flowers she likes, and managed to get a same day delivery (the time difference worked to my advantage). I gave a short explanation about the situation (limited on characters in that box, so, I had to be creative) and then again about how delivery of the flowers may be a bit awkward.
Well, I woke up to an email, this morning (fortunately, she still has access to that), saying how she got back to her room late to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for her. She was so happy that, as late as it was, she ran to a friends room to bring her back to her room and show them to her! Apparently she almost cried (her friend, not my wife)!
So, thank you so much Petals Florist (and the hotel staff of Courtyard by Marriott) excellent service all-round and one very cheered up wife!
