Petals and Bloom Buckley is my favorite florist. I can count on my delivery happening on time and they make amazing bouquets! Ana really went far and beyond for my mother's delivery, including a few dog toys with the flowers. Also I'm thrilled I can include Godiva chocolate with the flowers. I really appreciate receiving a picture of what was delivered! They are the only ones I will call after having flowers delivered for decades. We ordered a dozen red roses for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She loved the roses and said they were the prettiest she had ever received. The flowers and the balloon were lovely! And, the woman who did the delivery was very kind. No one was home when she initially arrived. She did not want to leave it outside due to the wind, and went out of her way to contact us, ultimately returning at the end of the day to deliver the flowers when someone was home

I was thrilled with the flower arrangement delivered to my daughter. I had only selected the 'standard' size option, but based on the photo my daughter sent to me, it looked like the 'deluxe' version! Every flower included was very fresh and and the lilies were still unopened so they will definitely last a long time. The arrangement was beautifully arranged, artistic, and delivered on time. We didn't get a call for the flowers until 5pm on the 14th of Feb, which is understandable because it's busy for valentine's day. However, the call was because the driver was having trouble with his GPS, and now we won't get the flowers until the next day. I understand it is busy, but I was hoping to have the flowers delivered today, on valentine's day. I've had flowers drivered to this same address before, though Petals & Blooms, with no issues. I was hoping to get a partial or full refund, or a discount on a potential next purchase.

The two orders you placed on different days had different street names, one with East and one without the East, one of those names isn't found on the GPS mapping service used. Your delivery was the first one on a long route. Before leaving the driver called the number provided to get clarification but no one returned the call for about 1/2 hour and he was well on to other deliveries. When the recipient called back she agreed that a delivery the next day was fine and she did really like them. The driver took a photo of the street sign and it doesn't say East. It's unfortunate that you posted a negative review and wanted a refund or credit when you provided an incorrect address.

Flowers were not delivered...can be proved by security camera. Terrible customer service. Arguing with us that they were delivered when they actually weren't. A happy occasion celebration quickly turned into a nightmare. Good riddance.

Hi,
When you called with an issue we took all the information and the delivery person went back to the same address to verify what may have happened. The lady that answered the door denied receiving any flowers. At this point the store offered a refund but you asked for a re-delivery but this wasn't possible. When we were about to do the refund your husband called us saying that the neighbor received the flowers and everything was fine and no refund was needed. However the delivery person is 100% sure she delivered to the correct address as the numbers were clearly visible and the man that received the flowers read the first and last name on the note card and he didn't say it was the incorrect house. The delivery person then waited in the vehicle in front of the house preparing for the next address and no one came out to say it was incorrect.

I was disappointed because I tried to order flowers by phone from out of town and speak to a real person. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I was referred to the website to order online which I did.
The flowers were for a specific occasion. Flowers were delivered a day later than I requested and was promised online. Un acceptable!

I realize i ordered for a dame day delivery, but the whole arrangement looked like it was thrown together. The flowers didnt match the photo and were just thrown into vase with no artful arrangement at all. I dont expect the actual arrangement to look exactly like the advertised photo, but it should at least be similar and an attempt at pretty arrangement should be made. I have a photo of what arrived and it didnt resemble the ad photo at all.

They did such a beautiful job building a lovely bouquet for my mother on Mother's Day! I was a little worried about just letting a designer have free reign with minimal instructions from an online order (I live out of state and couldn't just show up to discuss designs), but I was so relieved when my mom sent me a message about how beautiful they were and the picture was a clear demo of why trusting the professionals was a great move. Petals and Blooms did, indeed, deliver same day on time, however the flowers, the ribbons, while nice, though, did not look like what I ordered. I wanted the lavender color for a specific reason. They came in dark pink with a pink thin ribbon.

I had two issues after I placed my order on Sunday night -- I needed to change the delivery date and I found another arrangement I liked better. I called the florist Monday AM and the lady I spoke to handled both issues. Wonderful! Delivered on Friday and also delivered the second choice arrangement. Hi, unfortunately your review is not accurate. You placed your order on the website before calling to see if your flowers can be delivered within a very narrow 30 minute timeframe. Typically we cannot promise specific delivery times even more so with same day orders received later in the day. I the owner called you to let you know that it could be delivered between 2:00 and 5:00 and you said this would be okay and when you received the flowers you appeared to like them and was glad to have them delivered as agreed. This was quite disapointing because to be honest it was pricey.. the good looking teddy bear sold me and the heart shaped chocolates.... When I received a picture of the actual items delivered they fell very short compared to the advertisement. The only thing i fell in love with was the medium size helium balloon & the roses themselves. Thank you for the timely delivery though I appreciate it.

I was sent a picture of what was delivered and it was nothing like what I ordered. The only thing that was right was the peach roses. Every other flower was not what was pictured. Not only that it was delivered after 6pm. Im very disappointed as these flowers were for a 40th birthday and were not inexpensive.

The bouquet was much less full than pictured. Less actual blooms even though I chose the “deluxe” option. Filled in with a lot of greens and babies breath which is also not like the flowers pictured.

I chose you because you are local, and I thought a local florist would inherently deliver a better quality product than one that ships from a warehouse. I am not disputing the product, I haven't seen it. I was disappointed that there is no product with a reasonable price point (I believe under $60), so I thought I was spending a lot in the first place, and then to have a $25 delivery charge blew me away. I didn't have time to shop alternatives, so I went with it. For someone to spend a minimum of $85 on floral delivery I guess you cater to the elite price point. For that I will definitely not choose you again. Again, no comment on the quality, it may have been great, but you price yourself way out of the market for most.

I did not receive the plant I ordered until the evening. Wanted it during the day. I had to call 3 times to find out where my plant was. The nice lady I talked to was the person who ended up delivering it finally. When I got it it was in a clay pot that was too small for the plant and a ribbon was tied around it to cover it up. I was extremely disappointed in the delivery and the presentation. I paid over $70 for this and expect some type of refund. Thank you. Pamela Best

I paid for same-day delivery for Valentines Day flowers which were not delivered on Valentine’s Day. When speaking with someone at the florist a day later I was only offered for the flowers to be delivered that day, a box of chocolates and $10 off? If I pay for same day delivery (particularly for a holiday) and it is delivered a day late it makes sense that I should be refunded my purchase but the shop was unwilling to do so.

The bouquet was lovely, but the experience itself was cumbersome. Made the order online and first phone call that came was about not having the right color carnations in stock. Even though I was clear with instructions regarding delivery, I still received yet 3 more phone calls while at work about where and how to deliver, plus a 4th call asking if I’d called them which made 5 calls to me. I chose them because they’re on base and I’m in another state, yet they seemed unable to figure out what to do. They were pleasant but I had to interrupt my job 5 times.

This is the second time I have used this flower business. The first was last month for my wife's birthday. This time for this Christmas Sleigh bouquet. My only complaint is that it does not say Merry Christmas on the sleigh. Past experience ordering online, the flowers were already wilting when delivered. These look and smell great. I am SHOCKED you sent me a request for a review ! I called your shop for over an hour and only got voice mail, during working hours. I never got a call back during the day at all. I was very worried when my Mother in Law did not receive her flowers by 4 pm, and started calling the store. I got no response and finally called the credit card company to stop payment. Only 20 mins after the store close did my Mother in Law get the flowers. I never got a call back from the store. I got a generated email saying the flowers had been delivered and now a generated email for a review. STAY AWAY !!!!! NO customer service. I had NO faith my flowers would be delivered

I called early on the morning shortly after the store opening on Monday to ask questions about ordering, and had to leave a message. I didn’t hear anything for several hours so I ordered online, and specifically asked that delivery to my on base house (I am in Virginia this week) be made either after 4:15 pm the next day or after 2:00 pm on Wednesday, so that Kacie could be home when delivery was made. Someone tried to call me several hours later in response to my voice message, and the caller on voice mail said she would call again later. The next call was a voice message on Tuesday around 1 pm stating the flowers had been delivered. I called back and for the first time talked with someone in person, and she was not sure where the flowers were delivered but she would check and let me know. She acknowledged that they cannot always meet the customer requests regarding delivery. Kacie told me she revived a call after 8 pm last night letting her know the flowers and chocolates were placed outside the front door. They would likely not have made it through the night out there had she not been called to bring them inside. I would be very uncertain about placing an order here again.
