I wish I could show a picture of side by side of what I was ordered vs website. I’m happy my friend sent me a picture because I would never know but to spend $100 and I have some cheap carnations thrown in when I ordered the deluxe upgrade for added color.
Asked if it was possible for some Gerber daisies, and they put in carnations and a few regular daisies. It’s just sparse and cheap looking and I’m disappointed.

When I called Petals and Paints to ask a question about the delivery, the wonderful lady who answered (I wish I had gotten her name) answered my question and then thanked me for ordering the flowers from them. That type of customer service and manners are not that common anymore.

If I could give a negative star review, I certainly would. The arrangement I ordered for a sick friend is NOT what was delivered! I was never contacted to say what I chose could not be made up and substitutions would be made. Their website shows long stem sunflowers and soft eucalyptus-type vines. What they sent was a bunch of colored flowers thrown together and an entirely different theme and appearance. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED OR WANTED! I will NEVER order from this florist again and advise others against doing so as well! In my opinion this is FALSE ADVERTISING to show one thing and provide something quite different!

I grew up in South Jersey and currently live in the Cayman Islands. I placed an order for delivered flowers to be sent to my mom for mothers day and like a fool I chose the wrong week (week after) for them to be delivered. Thankfully they caught my mistake, probably based on the note on the card, and they contacted me to check on when the delivery was for and they got everything fixed. The customer service is top notch and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!!

WOW! Given the challenges that COVID-19 has created for all of us, I had no expectations that I would be able to find a florist to deliver flowers to my amazing mother-in-law. Not only did Petals & Paints make this happen but they did so with jaw-dropping execution! I ordered "Bright and Cheery Designer's Choice," so I did not have a picture of how the arrangement would present. However, I specified in the notes that her favorite colors are blue and green. I have been using petals and paints for at least 5 years after a friend referred us to such excellent service. Recently, after a chaotic weekend of moving to a new house, friends and family, I needed a thoughtful gift I could send my mother quickly for all of her help that she offered and provided to me. I ordered a bouquet for her as a thank you - and was blown away by the quality that was delivered to her in less than 24 hours. Not only did the flowers arrive on her doorstep the afternoon after I delivered them, but the arrangement was GORGEOUS with incredibly blooms that were arranged eloquently. To say they put a smile on her face is an understatement. For that reason I will continue to order, only from petals and paints, and refer to all my family and friends.

ordered in the morning delivered early afternoon. flowers are gorgeous mix of pink and purple. recipient loved them. the saucer was not the rose saucer but a evergreen/holiday themed dish/cup. I was extremely pleased with the florist Petals and Paints. I went online to find a shop near Mullica Hill New Jersey. The florist is in Swedesboro New Jersey. Amy Davis, the owner, delivered the arrangement herself. It was on the day stated and the flowers looked exactly like the looked online. I will definitely use them again and will recommend this florist to anyone that is looking for a shop in that area. Thank you Amy for excellent customer service.
