My daughter’s boyfriend asked me to help him plan a surprise proposal. Big problem…I’m in Texas and this was happening in New York on short notice. I looked at florists in Saratoga Springs, NY and found the Petals and Hearts Boutique photo gallery. The different arrangements and designs were all absolutely gorgeous. I made one call and Randi knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen overnight. I can not thank her enough for the beautiful memories she made for Madison and Walter. I’m so grateful! Sorry your upset, but your sick aunt was very happy with the flowers.your bouquet was just a bouquet but we included a vase free of charge.You paid for the small bouquet and we have included more fresh flowers in that.

I’m only leaving one star because I couldn’t do zero. Purchased a small, simple bouquet for a very special friend & what was delivered was not as pictured & flowers were not fresh as well as They left out a few colored flowers. It was over $100 with tax, delivery & tip. I could have gone out to a pasture & picked better wild flowers. When I called & to let them know, lady argued with me & never tried to make it right. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again. Very disappointed & embarrassed that these were delivered to my friend. My advice is go the extra mile to satisfy your customers. Always!!! Or you will get this every time!

Awful experience. Ordered online - live 400+ miles away - for a 70th birthday. Selected the bouquet based on the website photo - beautiful pastels including pale pink roses - and opted for the premium upgrade. Flowers were delivered on time but looked nothing like online photo - all deep vibrant colors and no roses as shown on web photo. Called and left voice msg. Emailed and was told shop was closed for holiday weekend but I should drop them off at the shop anyway. Told that if I had left flowers outside they could’ve reused the flowers (3 days later?) Also was told that I should have read the online description, because even though roses are pictured in the photo, the description does not include roses! Beware of what you think you’re ordering from this florist. You may not get what you want, and you may get reused flowers!

I had the most excellent experience working with Petals and Hearts! I ordered flowers 3 Days before Mothers Day and stressed that they didn’t need to be delivered until after Mothers Day (they were for a friend, not my mother).
Not only were the flowers delivered the day before Mothers Day, MY FRIEND SAID THAT THEY WERE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT SHE HAD EVER SEEN!!!!!
I HIGHLY recommend Petals and Hearts to anyone looking to send a special gift!!
