Really, this was 3.5 stars.
I choose this arrangement because it had a lot of pink roses and I liked the pastel greens cradling the bouquet and the opaque vase.I upgraded to the Deluxe in hopes of a few more roses.
The item delivered had bright green leaves sticking out of the top, was crowded with white flowers (maybe this was the Deluxe ?) and came in a transparent vase. The roses were not the baby pink I expected but maybe that's a seasonal/ availability thing. Overall, not quite what I expected. But it works.
My mom absolutely LOVES it.

We had very bad weather due to a hurricane. The owner of the business called me and kept in touch. She was very professional and nice on the phone. The arrangement is beautiful and the family member who had a knee replacement loves the flower arrangement!

Ordering flowers from another state is always hit or miss, but these flowers were absolutely beautiful!
I sent them to my sister in law when she got home from the hospital and she said they were so beautiful!

People don’t seem to give much thought to florists. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Peddles. Every time, my girlfriend has been touched by my thoughtfulness. Fact is, Peddles has gone out of their way to ensure every order was better than expected, making me look good. I can’t imagine ever trusting another florist to help me look good. Would give them six stars if they could give me fashion advice as well ;-)

Flower corsage was nice and I appreciated the discount due to the complications but to be honest, I was expecting a much better experience. My order should have been ready when I picked it up.
They acknowledged knowing about my order which was place more than 24 hours prior and still didn't make it until I arrived to pick it up.

Also this wasn't really a retail location rather a flower shop located at a residential house. I probably won't use there services again.

These were some of the very best flower arrangements my brother and I have sent to our Mother. We are both out of state and don’t have the luxury of actually visiting different shops to view their flowers person, so in the past we have relied on National companies to have flowers delivered. But, we took a chance on Peddles, and it was the best choice!

We also, had the opportunity to speak with (I assumed was the or one of the owners). We needed to make a quick and small change to our order, and the person kindly helped us and followed up to make sure our information was correct. Peddles definitely has a new customer with us.

There were substitutions made in the arrangement but it was equally attractive. The blue vase that would come with this arrangement was replaced with a clear vase which definitely takes away from the overall appearance. I was notified of the changes the morning of delivery, would recommend that such a notification would be done at least two days prior to such delivery so that other arrangements could be made if necessary

I ordered these for my friends birthday. The picture she sent was beautiful. She was impressed that they called to let her know they had delivered the flowers. All in all, easy purchase, and great delivery of beautiful flowers.

My request to please deliver the flowers to the resident in person was honored with a phone call letting me know that the delivery person was at the door but could not get a response. I contacted my elderly aunt to respond. Great communications! My aunt was very pleased.

The flowers that you provided that I sent my wife for our 30 Year Anniversary were awesome. The flowers were fresh & you all were great to deal with.

I sent these to someone as a gift for the holiday and they didn’t include the thistle or the croton. I wouldn’t have purchased the bouquet if I had known that. I felt like the bouquet sent a different message than I had intended without them. I wasn’t notified that there were changes to the appearance, I understand holidays can be hectic I just would have liked to know ahead of time to make my choice on what I wanted to do based off of that information.

I paid for the maximum upgrade and the flowers look nice but more like a second tier upgrade. Also, the grey wooden box pictured, which would have matched my mother’s decor was replaced with a tacky white box with Christmas trees stenciled on it. That substitution was was not indicated. I would have selected another arrangement if the grey box was not available.

It is always a big deal when a customer is dissatisfied. I made a mistake. It was me because I always hand write the messages because I feel it's more personal. I sent over a new card and flowers with the correct message because maybe she saves the cards and I want it to be right. Getting a Masters is a huge deal. I'm sorry for the enclosure card mix up. Excellent flower shop! The exact flowers from the photo were not available, so Vickie called me to let me know and see if she could improvise with other ones. The bouquet she created was absolutely gorgeous and even better than the photo. Free, local same day delivery is also a huge plus! I’d definitely recommend Peddles!
