They did not answer their phone. Their business was locked up when I went to pick up my wife's birthday flowers. They still have not returned any of my calls or emails. This place does not seem to be a legitimate operation. Awaiting a full refund.

I was so sad when my mom sent me a pic of the flowers I sent her for her bday. The lilies were bruised and already wilting. Within a couple days they had completely fallen apart.

The delivery was on time but I emailed immediately after purchase due to a mistake with the name on the card and the company never responded nor fixed the message. The arrangement also looked completely different than the Christmas arrangement I selected online. I understand if they need to make adjustments, but I would have liked to have been contacted because what was sent was not what I wanted at all. Two stars because the delivery was on time, but I won’t use them again. I paid for the premium bouquet also.

The delivery was prompt and beatiful. However, I noticed that few roses were a bit wilted. I was dissapointed.
My expectation was to see a perfect flowers for the price I paid for the arrangment.
But that will not stop me for giving youbguys a secind chance.
So I hope that in the future that won't happend again.

I ordered online. Requested same day delivery, and to please call the recipient before delivery to make sure he was at his business. I also requested that the delivery person take a photo of the recipient with the flowers. They did everything I requested. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I have ordered more then a few times from this florist and this is the last time that I will be making orders because they false advertise their products. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mom's 80th birthday of Thomas Kinkade's Moments of Grace and she did not received that. She went to the shop to see why she didn't received what I had ordered and she got told that that product is no longer available.
I am really upset because they have it in their website hence the reason I will not be ordering from you again.

Ordered easily on-line (the day before) from NC to send for my Grandmothers 95th! They arrived and my Gma was surprised and overjoyed! She said “they are the most gorgeous bouquet of pinks she’s ever seen and no ones going to see them!” leave it to grams for wanting others to experience beautiful things with her! The delivery came eight and a half hours after I ordered them. I know I didn’t pay for the specific time delivery, but 8:30 at night, an hour after the shop closes is a little ridiculous. Not to mention that when they were eventually delivered, they were not the right bouquet. This will be my last time using this florist.

Happy with almost everything. Delivery happened quickly. One item was very close to the picture on the website. But, the 2nd item showed up with a bundle of dead, brown bamboo stalks instead of vibrant green healthy bamboo.

Unfortunately this is not a good review. I ordered this because my little boy loves firetrucks and wanted to make him smile. However what came was a black white camaro. I was not consulted about this. Had I been consulted, I'd have canceled. This is $88 that I would not have spent. I am very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, i would! My Valentine never did receive her gift and of course when calling the retailer multiple times throughout the day they forwarded the line directly to a fax machine. I will NEVER do business with these crooks ever again. Such an extreme disappointment.HORRIBLE SERVICE

THEY ARE A FRAUD! Flowers are completely DIFFERENT from the photo even though it stated that it was. When I tried to call them to clarify, they said they will call me back because they "couldn't hear me". But they blocked me instead. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will report them. DO NOT TRUST THE 4/5 stars Google reviews. CHECK YELP. wished I check the Yelp reviews before placing an order from them.

I ordered the “Endless Romance” bouquet online to have delivered to my wife (Wedding Anniversary). I thought the price listed for this arraingement was a great deal. Well... the flowers delivered were no where NEAR what’s shown. I understand there could be slightly different flowers delivered due to availability, etc but this was disappointing.
