Parisian Florist is a Hollywood based flower shop with historical roots and have been proudly serving our community since 1924. Imagine delivering flowers for Jean Harlow's funeral and being searched for stowaways by LAPD or Ozzie Nelson writing his personal note to Harriet. Jackie Gleason, Raymond Burr and Lucy & Desi Arnez sending flowers to family and friends. Rock Hudson would greet Louis with the most lovely women in his arms. And when Kojak told us what to do, we did it! Eddie Van Halen and David Lee Roth were big on sending flowers to their loves. Our biggest claim to fame is, Joe DiMaggio turned to Louis Alhanati of Parisian Florist to adorn the casket and tribute arrangements for Marilyn Monroe and send flowers for over 20 years three times a week! Liberace ordering mini gold pianos for his Christmas party. I could go on but you get the idea and those where the good old days! Louis Alhanati's legacy started when he purchased Parisian Florist in 1960 from it's original owners and it is still run today by his family, Susan, Carlos, Beth, Edwin and Olivia. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
