Website and answering machine said they were open on mothers day to pick up flowers. After calling multiple times and driving to the location I was unable to get my order.
When I was contacted, they argued with me and told me they were there. Then stated I would receive a refund, which I have not gotten.
This was my 4th time ordering from them, however it will be my last!

We apologize for the confusion, Mothers Day weekend we were open but only for pick up orders that had been placed for pick up on those specific days. (7th & 8th) Your order was placed for pick up on Monday the 9th of May. Due to the busy holiday we had many orders to fill and deliver. We did speak with you after and offered a credit for full a mount since flowers did not get picked up on the 9th as requested. Please give us a call if you need further assistance

Spent $300+ on an arrangement and it was beautiful. Well worth it.
The delivery killed the entire experience. The flowers weee delivered after hours beyond the end of the day.
Disappointing, to say the least because I asked for delivery during business hours and paid the delivery fee and also paid a gratuity.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
