The ordering process was simple.
The flowers arrived within hours of placing my order, and they were beautiful!

The flowers didn't arrive on the day of our anniversary. I called three times during office hours and got no reply.

I'm a bit frustrated by these. The flowers were slightly wilted when I got them and went downhill very fast. The have beautiful flowers, but they need to work a little on their quality control to make sure they are only using healthy flowers in their arrangements.

I can't say that I am 100% satisfied. I do understand that it is the winter months and this can effect the selection. The size, near as I can tell does not reflect the deluxe that I did order. The blooms sadly seem to be already wilted. I had put in a request that the palate be of the same colors and that also didn't happen as well. I guess we'll chalk this up to the weather.

First off thank you for the flowers and delivery.

The person it was gifted for did like the colours and found the arrangement interesting because she found the bouquet looked new and different from every angle, also she found the centre piece flower original and magnificent.
What was disappointing is that a mere 4 days later more than half had wilted, there was no plant food included with the flowers, is that a factor?
For myself I ordered the flowers and mentioned it was for my sweety and my complaint is that I found the bouquet looked quite impersonal and not 'romantic'. Rather it looked like a bouquet that would be found in a board room or professional setting.

We bought flowers from you in person last Christmas season and they lasted forever and were perfect so I guess that's a complication when ordering online.

I am very disappointed and will never use Paradise again. I wish I could give no stars. I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered the same day to my daughters home. Her phone number was given in case of delivery issues. Apparently the driver came while my daughter was napping and did not call. The driver obviously did not ring the bell or knock either as her dog did not bark and wake her, and the driver left without delivering the flowers. No action was taken by Paradise until I called the next day in the afternoon.

The Designer's choice flower arraignment was beautiful. Paradise Flowers has always delivered beautiful fresh flowers. The last ones stayed beautiful for more than a month.

From the picture I received from the recipient the flowers looked nice. Unfortunately they were not delivered on the day I had requested so I wasn't happy with that.

We had an issue with the order but they promptly fixed the issue and upgrade my order with a beautiful arrangement. Thank you.

When you send an Anniversary gift it really needs to be delivered on that day or at least a phone call to the receiver. It looks to my GF like I forgot, this is not good at all. I am very disappointed and also I look like a fool in front of my Girlfriend. Would a call have been that hard to make?

My mom was hand delivered a beautiful dozen of long stemmed red roses in a vase the day before Mother's Day. I was extremely satisfied with the exact same order last year. It is nice to support a local small business that provides excellent service.
You could save money by using the competitors that mail Mother's Day roses in a box but they do not include the vase which I have done twice before. Unfortunately with the competitors your mom has to have her own vase, fill it with water and then arrange the flowers herself. Also when you deal with these competitors, you run the risk that a couple of roses will be wilted because they didn't survive being in a box sitting in the mail which is what happened with my orders both times.
I prefer paying more for fresh roses hand delivered already arranged in a water filled vase by Paradise Flowers.
I plan on ordering Mother's Day flowers for my mom from now on from Paradise Flowers if they continue to provide the same quality flowers, the same quality hand delivery service and they keep their prices reasonable.

It was not presented per the photo. Just individual plants sitting in straw basket and a few on the side. It was not presented in an artistic manner. Thank you.

My friend lost her Mom suddenly last week. I sent her the purple arrangement as it is her favorite color. She really loved it and it cheered her a bit in her difficult time.

Roses are gorgeous, timely delivery. However, it’s unclear how the “regular” option differs from the “deluxe” option (in website description “extra flowers”), for which I paid a hefty premium. In fact, nothing extra arrived or was included in the bunch. Maybe offer a more accurate description on your website.
