I ordered an arrangement for a dear friends funeral. I chose tge designer’s choice. I was a bit disappointed when I saw it. The flowers that were used were not very fresh. It’s difficult when you are ordering from out of town and not familiar with a florist in the area. For the price I paid I did not get the quality I hoped for.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in the arrangement. The arrangement was made fresh that morning with our freshest blooms. I wonder if something happened in transportation with it being cold & snowy out. We wrap everything but maybe the wind nipped the arrangement and froze it which sometimes happens when it is below 40. As for the size of the arrangement, it was filled to value with roses, lilies, hydrangeas, mums, bells of Ireland and filler. The cost of flowers/hard goods have increased like everything about 15%-20% more. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
