Excellent service! I would definitely recommend getting your flower bouquets here for any occasion. I ordered at 6 am and it was delivered by 10:30 am. Fast and the roses were absolutely gorgeous!

I ordered flowers for my lady on Valentine’s Day. I had them delivered to her job, the flowers were already delivered before she even got to work. So, when she arrived that was the first thing she saw, perfectly presented in the vase. The flowers looked fresh, and amazing. I don’t know how they did that but it was worth it. If I need more, I will go back to these guys.

Sorry, we did not meet your expectations. We originally apologized that our driver knocked too loudly on your door the first time you ordered with us. You had previously stated in your email that you liked the flowers and they were nice quality. So I flagged your address so we did not knock again and just used the doorbell moving forward. For your second-order, we sent you a Dozen red rose vase with greenery and filler which is what you had ordered off our website. Was there an issue with the quality of the roses, did they freeze with the cold weather? Not sure what you mean by "it is not what I expected" If there is an issue we will take care of it for you. Thanks for your feedback and sorry we couldn't accommodate you better.

So sorry that this happened! I tried to call both of you and left messages. I have new roses that came in this morning. I will make a new arrangement and bring it over this morning. If there is ever an issue PLEASE call and let us know so we can take care of it for you. We stand by our product and need to know if there are issues with the product received. There was just recently some issues in Ecuador (largest rose producer worldwide) with the government and large protests that lead to the burning of many flower farms.
